Amazing! Tried this place for the first time today and it did not disappoint. First of all, hubby made a reservation for the earliest time slot they had available because we are typically early birds. It was for 5 pm, but when we arrived, we realized they hadn’t opened yet. Turns out that they don’t open until 5:30, but since the reservation system had allowed us to schedule it, they honored the time we had reserved and sat and served us immediately.
Everything about Bey is easily 5 stars. The decor is beautiful and the music is awesome giving the whole place a really cool vibe. The service was stellar, the food was mouthwateringly delicious, and the drinks were fantastic. We ordered baba ganoush, beef kafta quesadilla, and grape leaves to start. I put those starters in order of my personal preference but they were honestly all so good. The bread they served with the baba ganoush was so soft and had great flavor. The baba ganoush was so good, we literally could not stop eating it. We were trying to save room for everything else we wanted to try but it was too good to resist.
After devouring the starters, hubby and I shared the short rib, which was tender and so flavorful. The mashed potatoes it was served with were also delicious as were the carrots, though I would have preferred them a bit on the softer side than they were. Despite being full, we just had to finish with the Turkish tiramisu and it was as good as it sounded.
I feel like it’s important to add that this is not a cheap eats kind of place. Yes, it is pricey (what isn’t these days?), but unlike many of its competitors, I think Bey lives up to its price point. I don’t mind paying a premium price for a premium experience. Unfortunately for many establishments these days, people are paying premium prices for mediocre experiences. We did spend more than our average per person dinner cost at Bey, but both hubby and I feel that it was well worth every penny. This is important because there is nothing worse than shelling out a lot of money for a dining experience that falls flat or makes you regret going in the first place. Luckily, that was not what happened here on our first but certainly not last visit.
Bey made a fantastic first impression on us, so I am certain we will...

Food: Good. Room for improvement. Make sure tomato based items are not too sour. Provide enough bread with entre.
Service: Positives: Servers were nice, water was refilled frequently. Plates were swapped out after Appetizers.
OPPORTUNIES; The host didn’t check on our table during the entire service. I noticed he chatted multiple times with other tables. Not once he came over to ask if we found everything ok. In fact we were looking for someone to come to our table for the longest time because we needed to order our food, eventually I got tired and just got up and found someone. I was ready to leave but I had wasted too much time so stuck through for food. Can you imagine the host chit chatting people on one side of the seating while the others are literally waiting for someone to take order.
The place was not full, half the tables were empty. Food on tables should be top priority not chit chatting with people who order wines. Lack of host awareness.
Hot Tip: have your entree ready, and order it as soon as possible. You may not see the staff again for a hot minute. They took about 40-45 mins to prep our entree so either be ready to wait or order early. Like you will loose your appetite waiting. We did.
Most people drink wine, and I noticed everyone was just waiting too long because it seemed unusually long. Places sometimes do this to enable people to order wine. Places make more money off wines than food, but only an amateur restaurateurs play that game.
We tipped well because it was the first and last...
Read moreThis place truly deserves more than 5 stars. I originally stopped by to try their Knafe pastry(which was amazing) for the first time, with no plans to dine in. Mai at the bar, who was incredibly accommodating, encouraged me to enjoy my pastry there. While sitting at the bar, I couldn’t help but notice how several people complimented Mai on their way out, raving about how great her drinks were. Intrigued by all the praise, I decided to try one for myself, and it did not disappoint.
The highlight of my visit was meeting Marc, the owner. He creates dishes inspired by his love for food and his culture, sharing them with great passion with the understanding that there is always room for improvement. He also took the time to sit with me and have a genuine conversation. By the end, it felt like we were friends. I quickly noticed how Marc is truly passionate about his craft, genuinely cares about his patrons, and welcomes any constructive feedback.
As someone familiar with Lebanese culture, I can confidently say this restaurant delivers hospitality that perfectly reflects Lebanese warmth and tradition. The food is a celebration of authentic Lebanese-inspired Mediterranean cuisine, with flavors that will truly excite your taste buds. I highly recommend trying their new crispy cheese rolls with honey (I forget the exact name), which are simply unforgettable.
This place is here to stay. I couldn’t be happier that this gem is located in downtown Roswell. If you’re looking for great food and genuine hospitality, you won’t be...
