Summary: due to the snappiness of the woman taking the orders, this business deserves no customers. Our usual Chinese takeout was closed on Tuesday. We are all super sick and were thinking some wonton soup would make us feel better. Of course, we ordered other items as well, but knew the large wonton soup would be the winner. When my husband got home with the order, we had a large soup of sorts. It looked like a cabbage soup and I wasn’t sure if this was China Heaven’s rendition of wonton soup?? I tried to call to ask but it kept going to a voicemail from May. I pulled up their menu and googled other varieties of soup they offer and it resembled hot & sour soup. So I called again to let them know there had been a mix up. Same voicemail. I decided I feel awful and shouldn’t be spreading my germs. This soup might appeal to others, but it certainly isn’t for me… a girl after some brothy wonton soup. I called again and finally got someone. The same woman who took my order. I explained my situation and she told me I must not remember correctly but that I ordered hot & sour. I told her that this phone call is the first time in my life I’ve ever used the phrase “hot & sour”. And yet she continued to insist that I must have said it wrong. Finally after (too) much back & forth she agreed that if I brought the Hot & Sour back, I could get the Wonton. All is fine with that answer, but we will not be doing that. After her attitude on the phone, I cannot guarantee she wouldn’t do something to my soup out of spite. It is also such a low cost item, I’m just not sure why there was so much attitude or inconvenience on her part. The whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth (literally and figuratively) over some $3 soup. I certainly won’t be returning & I would encourage others to venture...
Read moreI have been ordering from this place for the last 4 years. The food was really great but lately they seem to not care about their customer service nor their quality of food. I placed an order approx. 4 weeks ago and the order was completely wrong, they had new family members helping out with answering their calls because they are kind of busy at peak times. I called about my order being wrong and the manager/owner said, I am so sorry I got new people here and they don't know what they are doing, so he fired them. Told me that i was one of their best customers and to give them another chance to get my business. He then told me that he was sorry again and that my next order will be free because of all the business I gave him and how wrong he felt about it. I called today to give them another chance and to use my credit that was promised. The lady that always answers the phone told me today "I give you free wonton soup" Really !!!! I do not recommend this place. They mess up and then don't live up to their word. Sometimes I would wait for over an hour for a delivery and never complained and always tip at least 20%. What happened to customer service ?? Companies should take ownership.and acknowledge their mistakes. Companies should never forget what made their business successful. I hope that no one experiences this service from them like I did. Maybe they will realize where they came from and get a humbling experience. I would not order from this place again !!! Read moreI order from this place frequently with my co-workers because their wings are small and their lo mein is made well...HOWEVER, eventhough I order the same thing, my price varies AND when I order online the price is cheaper. We pool our money so that only one one card is used to pay. These people continue to nickel and dime me and they are taking the money from co-workers accounts. I am very frustrated and I feel they are doing this because I made a mistake and had to cancel an order I placed...THIS HAPPENED MONTHS AGO! My co-workers keep telling to stop ordering from them and after today they don't have to worry about me ordering the all flat wings and shrimp fried rice. Super pissed at their petty ways! (WHEN I CONFRONTED THEM TODAY ABOUT OVER CHARGING, THE WOMAN ON THE PHONE LIED! THIS HAS TO BE SOME TYPE OF FRAUD) I just paid 8.70 for a lunch special listed at 6. 35 on the menu.
