I came in yesterday 1/19/20 after placing an order for pickup. I came into the store and the lady behind the counter was so engrossed in her phone conversation that she didn't notice me staring at her for a good five minutes. I understand it's a family owned business and that customer service can fall by the wayside, but holy waffles. At least 𝒂𝒄𝒕 like you care. A first impression is a lasting impression, I say, and that's not a way to win over new customers. Not when there are about nine other Chinese restaurants that surround my home, a few that have never let me down and always had decent customer service.
The food was meh. I'm off Keto for a week and decided to get the sweet and sour chicken and some salt and pepper shrimp. The salt and pepper shrimp was actually good, but the sweet and sour chicken was meh at best. The food is excellently portioned, so I guess that gives one star for a total of two, but I won't be back. The rude customer service turned me...
Read moreNormally they have been very good regarding the service, however, I called today at 11:05am to order for my staff. They said they would call back when they start up the computer. They called at 11:10am. It took 7.5 minutes to give them my order for 5 people. It was repeated at least 5 times between 2 people. I don't have much patience but I kept it civil. They said someone would call back to get payment and that it would take 35 min to deliver. No one called and no food at 12noon. I called them 5 times, my coworker called twice and my boss called once. They answered my boss' call at 12:05pm and told him that it would get here in 20 minutes. Needless to say, I spent my lunch hour (11:30am-12:30pm) waiting and not eating. If I had been told from the beginning that they were short handed, it would not have been a big deal. So here we are. I'm sure this doesn't happen often, but this was...
Read moreI love this place! Mr Lin authentic Chinese cuisine has quickly become one of my go-to spots. The food is always fresh and flavorful—everything tastes like it’s made with care. The sesame chicken is perfectly crispy, not soggy, and the dumplings are some of the best I’ve had in a long time.
The staff is super friendly and the service is fast, even when they’re busy. Prices are fair and the portions are big enough to share (or save for leftovers, which is a win).
If you’re craving good Chinese food that hits the spot every time, this is definitely the place to go. Last year they changed owners during November and they are super nice so give this...
