Art & Beyond — Attraction in Roswell

If i could give them zero stars i would. So after looking at the awesome Groupon reviews my husband and I decided to try out Art and Beyond. We paid the 38 for the sip and paint from Groupon and registered online. We choose Saturday at 7pm. Saturday was our anniversary so our friends had a dinner planned for us at 5:30. However the restaurant wouldn’t allow our party to be seated until everyone had arrived and one guest was running late. So around 6:30 my boyfriend and I realized that we were gonna be late. We started calling art and beyond. WE CALLED THEM 7 times over the course of an hour and no one ever called us back. Not even on Sunday or Monday. Also we sent them an email and even tried the edit reservation link in our emails and still no way to reschedule or no notice of a late policy. So after no answer around 7:25 as we were just sitting a few blocks away for maybe 15 minutes. We decided it wasn’t best to show up to a sip and paint 30 minutes late since we didn’t know the late or reschedule policy. So on Monday my husband called and explained the situation to an employee and asked for a manger and was told he would get a call back, and he did get a call back from another employee named Samantha? that only said that there is a 24 hr cancellation policy and that we can pay another 30 to come another time. But that is unacceptable in my opinion cause one she was not the manager and two no where on the website, where you have to register, is there a cancellation policy and third WE CALLED 7 TIMES HAD ONE OF THOSE TIMES SOMEONE PICKED UP AND EXPLAINED THE POLICY TO TWO FIRST TIMERS WE WOULDVE JUST HAD DINNER LATER! II feel that not only is it unprofessional to not have the policies stated, especially when advertising on Groupon, but it’s also unprofessional to not answer a busy phone when it rings 7 times over the course of an hour and no response to the email even on Monday. So this place is unprofessional and i want my money back and i won’t ever...

I'm not pleased with the way this establishment treats customers at all. A group of friends were scheduled to go here, and took advantage of a Groupon which is how we found them. We received an email from Groupon advising that the dates of the Groupon were changing but it would not affect us- just future purchases of the Groupon. 5 minutes later, we receive a call from Art & Beyond saying that the session for tonight is cancelled. Incorrect! The session is not cancelled; they have simply decided not to honor the voucher that was purchased and lied instead! This is no way to gain or keep customers! I will not be visiting in the future! Back to Sip N...

A few friends from work and I had a WONDERFUL time! We will definitely be back. I want to plan a party there for my mom's birthday. I know she'll enjoy it! The only thing I would suggest is that the 'teacher' give ideas of versatility before hand. We didn't realize that we could play with the painting as much as we desired in the beginning but then again that could be because we were brand new to this. It was a great experience, great music and a comfortable vibe. I'm looking forward to coming back and bringing several...
