Me and my little walked into Dion’s this evening and ordered a large pizza and a salad. And when we went to pay the machine was giving us trouble so they went to a new one and made us pay there. After we paid for our food we sat down and waited, and they initially told us 20 minutes. We ended up staying there for almost 50 minutes when it got to that point my little brother went up to ask about the order once brought up to attention our order came out a minute later. It was brought out to us by an employee named Raul he gave us our order personally, and told us what happened due to the fault in the system the order was made but it showed that no one paid for it yet so it looked like the order belonged to no one. Raul told us this and told it was his fault and took responsibility for the mistake he then graciously asked us if he can compensate for our lost time with a cookie or a brownie when offered it we took the offer, Raul then proceeded to give us both items before apologizing again. This employee with his kind actions and accountability, turned both our frowns right back up I cannot say more than I am grateful for Raul I hope he see this review and smiles like how he made us thank you. Will you stopped and had a very nice lunch at Dion's Pizza in Roswell New Mexico. We always look for a place that has Coca-Cola products because we both like diet Coke. We ordered a salad to share it was a chef salad and it was really good. Everything was fresh and tasted great. Then our pizza came and we ordered a large carnivore pizza, pretty much all meat and it was fantastic. But after eating the salad we could only eat a couple of slices each so we had to bring it home. The friendly people behind the counter gave us a box to put our leftover pizza in. The seating was very comfortable and the restaurant area was spacious.
