I happened in with some time before my first client on a Saturday morning (but not much!) and it was busy so I was getting nervous when the clock was ticking as I was waiting with my number on the table. Finally I saw someone with my omelet and soup and knew I had just enough time to consume some but it was a large portion and I would be needing to find a to go container and with so many people there and waiting this might cause a delay for me to leave in time. I enjoyed my hot (perfect temperature!) tomato basil soup while I pondered the dilemma and to my pleasant surprise just as I was finishing my cup of soup Niccolo magically appeared to ask if I needed anything.. in a bustling restaurant full of people standing around everywhere! Just came right up to my table to save my day (I am quite disciplined to ensure I am prepared well in advance for my own clients) but it is not a level of service I expect to receive in a situation such as this! I was dressed for work (scrubs) but otherwise no way he could have known of my need and situation. Excellent service and I will return often (and earlier if it’s a weekend! =) THANK YOU NICCOLO!! ☺️

I've been to this restaurant in person before, more than once, and I have enjoyed the food every time. Yesterday, I did Uber eats and I ordered the items that I usually order in the restaurant. SEE MY VIDEO, which I had to post in 3 parts. Everything was extremely dry and disgusting. The chicken was so hard in my panini, there was no way to eat it, it looked sooo old!! I ate half of my husband's sandwich just so that we could both have lunch since we had already spent $48 on this order. Good thing it's hard to mess up a grilled cheese, because I have no confidence in this restaurant anymore. Also, I ordered a white chocolate cappuccino and that did not arrive with our order at all. Uber eats refunded me for the cappuccino, but I still feel completely ripped off. I don't even think that anyone who works at the restaurant would eat what they served me today. That's why I had to make a video and leave a one-star review, which I rarely do, I like to give restaurants a solid chance but they REALLY messed up on this one. I am 100% sure that if I ate the sandwich I would be very sick. For the record, I did order from the Alpharetta location.

This unfortunately will be the last time we come here. It's just like any other place now. This used to be our favorite brunch place and have recommended it to all my friends and family. 1. Don't mind the self service thing...it's hard to get staff these days I get that 2. Food, it's not the same at all. We got the salmon panini/Benedict.....umm...we got that on an English muffin??? Whatever happened to the French bread? Oh their old version of hash browns was a burst of flavors in every bite....I'm not sure what I just ate. The hollandaise sauce tasted more of vinegar than anything else. And the French toast? It used to have a layer of caramelized sugar with a soft gooey center and was divine. I just ate something I can get at any diner. The server was good. She came to ask if we needed refills and was polite...hence the 2 stars Just disappointed by the overall change and I miss the daily special board by the door. It doesn't feel like the same small french bakery we fell in love with. It doesn't feel like a labor of love anymore.

in one word HORRIBLE. The NEW MANAGEMENT changed the recipes and it’s terrible. Hollandaise sauce is this watery “thing” in the picture. The hash brown patty is so hard I hurt my gums. I think they added too much flour to it. I alerted the kitchen and the new owner came out with a defiant attitude. “Yeah the hollandaise sauce is broken”. And then continued to tell me that they went more “traditional” with the English muffin. Not one time he apologized but he did offer to make another sauce hollandaise and replace the hash brown with potatoes. Which he did. The hollandaise sauce came back looking like hollandaise sauce but still not on par with the one I used to love. It’s also disappointing that the prices went up but the quality of the meals went down. I also expressed concern about the loss of French flair in the bakery but he seemed unfazed by it. It’s the end of an era. 😔 The people around me agreed too. Oh well… I guess they should change the name too from Douceur de France to Douceur du Roswell. Eh?
