The staff is super nice, however; be careful signing up for a membership. I had to cancel because of an unexpected change in my finances. I had one visit to use and they forced me to pay for 2 more in order to cancel and then gave me only 30 days to get all 3 in. I asked for special consideration to extend the time limit but was refused. This is a proposed "wellness" center but their membership practices are clearly not in that vain. This situation caused added stress that really wasn't necessary which is unfortunate. There are a bunch of these places. I would suggest shopping to find a kinder approach to wellness. Whydrate is definitely the place to be! I had an amazing and beneficial time there. I came in feeling exhausted and worn out from the week, but after discussing IV options with the friendly front desk staff, I was taken to a private room for my IV drip. The atmosphere was so relaxing with soothing music playing on the TV, a super comfy reclining chair to kick back and unwind, or even take a little nap 😏 while the infusion worked its magic.
