The Comfortable Chair Store — Local services in Roswell

Very disappointing. My elderly mother purchased a chair from them had issues almost immediately. Repair person came several times to no avail. For full disclosure it was a floor model but at the time of purchase we were reassured repeatedly that it was a good chair with no issues. Sadly we have a very expensive non reclining arm chair. We finally gave up and purchased a chair from another local retailer and have been very happy with their customer support. Had an issue with a motor within the first month and they came out immediately, assesses the problem and within less than ten days the motor was ordered, delivered and replaced. Still waiting after well over six months for a replacement part from the comfortable chair store to fix a two year old issue. By the way the second chair from the new store was also a floor model. The difference is in the quality that and customer support. ...

I came to this shop on a Saturday afternoon and was absolutely astonished at the amazing customer service I experienced from Julia and Debbie. Julia’s design expertise is evident in her thoughtful and considerate recommendations based on the needs I had shared with her about the room we are furnishing. I have two small boys and she helped me decide on fabric that will be appropriate for my stage of life. I feel my needs were heard and her recommendations were honest. Julia blew our minds in an amazing way! She recommended we flip our living and dining rooms, helped us with fabrics to create super comfortable sectional & so much more! The fully custom built sectional was built and delivered in only a few short weeks as expected. Delivery & setup was outstanding! She also gave recommendations that we are working to implement to overhaul our entire family room space!
