Howlin' Willy's Hot Chicken — Restaurant in Roswell

My wife and I stumbled on Howlin' Willy's today by accident and decided to stop in for dinner. Little did we know they opened today! Willy's has jumped on the hot chicken craze and boy am I glad they did. We got the wings (sweet heat), ultimate cheese fries, macaroni, coleslaw and got to try the milkshakes. To best summarize:

PROS: the chicken was incredibly juicy. Both my wife and I literally said "wow" after our first bite. Really great flavor, great seasoning, and super juicy. Maybe the best hot chicken I've had. (We got sweet heat which the third on their heat scale, and to us, it wasn't spicy in the slightest. Just really tasty) hands down the best macaroni and cheese I've ever had. The manager said "it's because of the noodles we use," but I have to disagree. It's the cheese sauce. Superb flavor and texture. I get macaroni basically every restaurant we go to. It's one of my favorite dishes. And Howlin Willy's, no exaggeration, has the best macaroni I've ever had. the cheese fries also might be the best cheese fries I've ever had! Incredible seasoning and cheese.

CONS my wife and I both said the only thing we didn't like was the ranch dressing. That's it.

Suggestion, being it's a new restaurant: put napkins on the table. We had to get up from our table three times just to get napkins from the drink area (especially if you're eating wings, you need napkins)

Hands down 5/5 experience and we'll be back many, many times. Besides the ranch, please don't change a thing. You all have struck gold - the food...

This location is has uniquely poor and inconsistent service. The inmates are running the asylum. The owner needs to get a handle on this and be more present.

I’ve eaten there at least 5 times and 3 have been awful. It ranges from teen aged indifference and apathy (more so than other fast food restaurant apathy) to rudeness. In fairness, the food is fine but service is a problem.

I always ask for a side of Howlin flakes to slightly spice up the Willy Hot and twice I’ve been told they will not give me a side of it. Really? A pinch of it in a cup versus the whole sandwich at the same price?

It’s never been an issue at any other location except this East Cobb dumpster fire. The manager working 11/13/24 was rude, checked out, and not accommodative. We left before the order was even placed. I’m not going to force business on an entity who...

When I walked in, I got greeted with much welcome. The General Manager Cassie served me with the utmost respect. I ordered the 3 piece chicken tender meal with an apple pie. When I took my first bite I was overfilled with flavor and joy, my tastebuds were singing hymns sent from the heavens. I haven’t had such an extravagant meal like this in a very long time… if ever… I almost started jumping about, singing, praising the cooks. Blew my expectations OUT OF THE PARK.
