I placed an online order, and it was very disappointing to say the least. I ordered spinach based Fettuccine with salmon, green peas, and extra sauce which they got correct except for the extra sauce (which is a $3.50 upcharge) and paid $6 for a sliver of underseasoned salmon (pictured) and undercooked peas. The pasta, however, was delicious and perfectly al dente. I also ordered the Fritti Spinach and Artichoke Dip antipasti, which is described as four cheese ravioli lightly deep fried and toasted crostini served with artichokes, spinach creamy dip, and spicy tomato sauce, only to receive two 1-cup containers of salty tomato sauce and the spinach creamy dip with no toasted ravioli or crostini that was supposedly part of the appetizer and 2 old yeast rolls (also pictured). I'm honestly quite appalled by this experience because the dine-in experience I had was great, yet this one fell so short. I'm still working on getting that partial refund through Doordash for not receiving the appetizer. I do not suggest ordering online, but I suppose the dine-in experience is worth another shot.

I have been here many many times and the food has always been great. They are usually low staffed so the wait time and the service isn’t always perfect but the food made up for it. Except today. They may have changed the way they prepare the dishes and the ingredients they use. The calamari was not good. There were only four pieces of rings and the rest were legs and or fried zucchini. The main entrees were also locking flavor. The bread which I usually eat buckets full of, was hard and it felt old and stale. There were also a lot of annoying fruit flies or gnats flying around our food and that was very annoying. Please what ever you guys changed… change it back!!. This is one of my go to places when we want good pasta and bread. Sincerey, a local fan of your food.

No flavor - too pricey for the mediocrity - poor service. They received 2 stars because I didn't get sick and the decor was nice. We went there on a Saturday afternoon and the emptiness of the place should have been an indicator. Food was flavorless...the eggplant and chicken sauce and lasagna...both were pretty sad - no flavor, mushy pasta and sloppy presentation. Would have been better with a frozen dinner! The fried calamari and zucchini appetizer was mediocre. The bread was good, though. Service was pretty pitiful. Nice person but did not know how to be a server - no refills, didn't come to check how the food was or if we needed anything.

Local Italian restaurant that I was hopping could have been the easy go-to. Initial, impressions of the restaurants décor and layout are very positive. They fit nice and have been done well. I used the restroom to wash my hands before eating and that is where the things started off badly. Restroom is very dark, had to figure out how to turn on the weird light switch. I barely got any soap out of the dispenser. As I straightened my back after washing my hands, I hit my head against the ridiculously low light fixture hanging above the sink. There was empty rolls of toilet paper next to the toilet. No hand blower or paper towels anywhere to dry my hands. I had to use my shirt to dry my hands and to open the door to get out. I put this experience aside and went back to my table to focus on the food. As most Italian restaurants it is appreciated and common to receive complimentary bread/rolls, olive oil, vinegar or mixture of all. Mirko provided rolls and a dipping sauce. Top half of the rolls are very soft and delicious, the bottom half was burnt and harder than the porcelain that the food was served in. The sauce was some kind of hummus/refried beans with a splash of olive oil. Very weird and out of place. We ordered mussels as an appetizer and the sauce and bread are good. These are the smallest mussels that I have ever seen and we were not sure if they were missing from the shell. Mussel are not fresh and we did not eat them. Only the sauce and the bread was eaten. My wife ordered a Caesar salad and it was tasty. Bolognese sauce was decent, but pasta was clearly undercooked and hard. Alfredo pasta that should have had cream sauce and parmesan was almost dry and missing from the plate and pasta. Only parmesan cheese was added by the kitchen at the table after delivery with a spoon. Our table took a few bites and we could not eat it. As far as service, the waitress was exceptional. Waitress attitude, quality and service is excellent. I felt very sorry for the waitress that had to make up for the poor food. We will not patron the...

We have been to Mirko a handful of times, but only once in the past year. We liked it a lot in the past, so we decided to have dinner there about a week ago. Wow, what a change... Service was poor. There isn't any excuse for that, because the restaurant only had one other table. I had one of the Chef Special pasta dishes (with a pink sauce, chicken and sun dried tomatoes) and it was incredibly bland. The chicken tasted boiled, there was hardly any sauce, and the sauce I did have was watery, from the pasta, I think. I asked for more sauce and the server told me it would be $2 extra. I showed her the watery sauce in my dish and she went to ask if I could have more. This dish cost $16... we also had a second entree, cocktails and an appetizer... But you have to ask if I can have more of this pathetic sauce in my dish without charging me extra?? Then, I did get more sauce, but it didn't help at all anyway. My husband had the lasagna, which we loved the last time we visited, and this time he felt like I did about my dish... Bland, not as good as before, watery marinara... What a waste of money and time on date night. We...
