Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Roswell

I was visiting from out of town when I went to grab a wrap from this location. I ordered the man at the counter read my order back correctly, and I received it wrong immediately. One of the line workers. A female corrected The person that took my order in front of me and told him he supposed to read back the order after he receives it from the customer. I corrected her. I told her he did reject the order and that was one of their mess. I went to this location with a friend. She also ordered and the guy at the counter actually did not read her order back and it was not made correctly the manager on shift, a young African-American gentleman in front of us and begin to explain to us that he hast to correct him because they’re wasting a lot of money and also his boss is already instructed him that he needs to get rid of him . This experience was very unprofessional and I let that manager on shift know that was not right for him to recommend the gentleman in front of customers and...

I love Jimmy John's sandwiches, however, their quality control leaves alot to be desired. This is the third time I have ordered a tuna sandwich with cheese and was charged for the cheese (.75 each time) and when I got to work there was no cheese in my sandwich. I might have gone back but I work across town and did not have time. Another time, I ordered a turkey sandwich and when I got to work, all I had in my bag was a whole pickle wrapped up like a sandwich. That time, I called and the manager was kind enough to bring me the sandwich I ordered. Tried Jimmy John's for the first time since they opened in Roswell. I have to say I was not all that impressed. My sandwich was not made the way I ordered it. Even though on the outside of the wrapper it said no tomatoes, I'm pretty sure they put extra. I also requested vinegrette, which there was none, as well the may was pretty much non-existent.
