I usually don't leave reviews on fastfood places when they get an order wrong because I can usually understand that it's a little bit hectic, especially on a busy night, but this experience was pretty upsetting. I came with my son. I went through curbside ordered two daily doubles. Mine had no cheese and no onions. We were brought the food in a timely manner the first time but my burger had cheese on it... You would think that that's an easy fix, but apparently not. I went through the drive-thru let them know that my burger was wrong. I wasn't rude. I just wanted it remade without the cheese and no onions. Everything seemed fine. They told me to pull up to the very last window and they would bring it out. They gave me the burger I said. Have a nice night. I checked my burger. It still had cheese on it, so I pulled around and went inside. Asked them to please remake it again. I wasn't rude. I said thank you and that I would appreciate it and I waited for my burger. I got my burger. It didn't have cheese on it. Thank goodness but as I left I took a bite and the amount of pepper that they put on that burger was crazy! They did that on purpose!!! So I went back again and I asked for my money back. I didn't even want them to make the burger again but the manager said that she would. I appreciate her and the young lady that was up front was very kind but every single kid that was in the back is at fault. They did that on purpose. That is not okay to be doing to your customers. I have worked in restaurants for a very very long time and you do not do that to your customers! I will be going in tomorrow to hopefully speak to somebody higher up because I'm hoping that they can catch whoever did that on camera so that they can be reprimanded. I'm so upset by this. I was not ugly in any way to them until the very last time that I went in. I was so mad. I don't even know if I'm going to be going there again besides tomorrow whenever I speak to a manager.
I did leave a picture and on the wrapper you can see the pepper that's coming out but inside the burger it was so much worse. That's all you...
Read moreAs a New Mexican who appreciates both local flavors and the convenience of fast food, I decided to visit the McDonald's in Roswell, NM. This location stands out not only for its familiar menu but also for its unique connection to the Roswell UFO culture.
Ambiance: The Roswell McDonald's has a distinct and fun atmosphere, thanks to its UFO-themed design. The playful, extraterrestrial décor is a nod to the city's famous UFO incident, making this McDonald's a bit more special than your average fast-food joint. It's a fun spot for families and visitors looking to enjoy a meal with a bit of local flair.
Food: McDonald's offers the classic menu items that everyone knows and loves. During my visit, I ordered the Big Mac, fries, and a chocolate shake. The food was exactly what you'd expect from McDonald's: fast, hot, and satisfying. The Big Mac was fresh, with its iconic layers of beef, special sauce, and lettuce perfectly assembled. The fries were crispy and well-seasoned, and the chocolate shake was thick and delicious.
For breakfast, their Egg McMuffin is always a reliable choice, and I appreciate that they offer a quick and tasty option for those busy mornings.
Service: The service at the Roswell McDonald's is efficient and friendly. The staff are used to a steady stream of both locals and tourists, and they handle the rush well. Orders are taken quickly, and the wait time is minimal, even during peak hours.
Overall Experience: McDonald's in Roswell provides a reliable and enjoyable fast-food experience, with the added bonus of a unique, themed environment that reflects the city's quirky history. It's a great place to grab a quick meal, whether you're a local looking for convenience or a tourist enjoying the UFO-themed charm.
