Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Roswell

I’m really not the type of person at all to leave a review because i’ve worked in the food industry and know people make mistakes and things get thrown out of proportion most of the time but my experience tonight was awful. I called my order in 20 minutes before close which i also hardly ever do as well but i really wanted papa murphys. I was immediately told if i could show up before 8 because they close soon which i thought was a little rude, i had to repeat myself over the phone 2-3 because all i could hear in the background was screaming and employees play fighting, i asked for a 2 liter soda over the phone and was even asked to repeat myself on which kind i wanted 2-3 times to still not receive it when i picked up, i said my name and they couldn’t locate my order again because they didn’t hear me correctly over the phone even though i repeated myself over and over again, and when i didn’t receive my soda i asked for a receipt to make sure i wasn’t getting double charged and i got looks from the lady at the window that were very uncomfortable and un-polite. I give this location a two star for customer service. I’ve been to this location three times and neither times has felt very welcoming. The location that used to be in Clovis, New Mexico never charge for croutons with salad and this location either except for this time. I guess now third visit here they now charging for croutons lol. Eva says “is only .50 lmao”, I don’t care how much it is, it should come with the salad so in this case I told her she can keep it lol. Went in to grab a few pizzas asked if they sold the pizzas we could take home and bake and girl misunderstood what I was asking and said no!! So I said ok thank u, as I was walking out it clearly said TAKE AND BAKE! I asked her why it says take and bake if they didn’t have them.
