Review:
I recently dined at Texas Roadhouse, and I must say, it was an exceptional steakhouse experience. Here's my review of Texas Roadhouse:
Food Quality: ★★★★★ Texas Roadhouse truly shines when it comes to the quality of their food. The steaks are tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection, with a range of options to suit different preferences. The menu also features delicious appetizers, such as the famous Cactus Blossom and the mouthwatering Rattlesnake Bites. The side dishes, including the fluffy baked potatoes and flavorful seasoned vegetables, complement the main courses perfectly. From the warm rolls with cinnamon butter to the delectable desserts, every aspect of the meal is a treat for the taste buds. Menu Variety: ★★★★☆ While Texas Roadhouse is primarily known for its steaks, they offer a decent variety of options to cater to different tastes. In addition to various cuts of beef, they have options like grilled chicken, ribs, and seafood. The menu also includes salads, burgers, and sandwiches, ensuring there's something for everyone. Although the focus is on meat-centric dishes, vegetarians and those with dietary restrictions can still find suitable options. Atmosphere and Ambience: ★★★★☆ Texas Roadhouse exudes a lively and energetic atmosphere. The Western-themed decor, country music, and enthusiastic staff create an enjoyable and authentic dining experience. The establishment can get quite busy, especially during peak hours, but the vibrant atmosphere adds to the overall charm. The lively ambiance is particularly suited for casual gatherings and family outings. Customer Service: ★★★★★ The customer service at Texas Roadhouse is top-notch. The staff members are friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. They make you feel welcome and ensure that your dining experience is enjoyable. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warm smiles and helpful assistance throughout your meal. The servers are prompt in taking orders and catering to any special requests, further enhancing the overall dining experience. Value for Money: ★★★★☆ Considering the quality and portion sizes, Texas Roadhouse offers good value for money. The servings are generous, and the prices are reasonable for a steakhouse experience. Additionally, they often have early bird specials and promotions, providing an opportunity to enjoy their mouthwatering dishes at a more affordable price. Accessibility and Wait Times: ★★★☆☆ Due to the popularity of Texas Roadhouse, it can get quite crowded, especially during peak hours. This might result in longer wait times, particularly if you haven't made a reservation. However, the efficient staff strives to accommodate customers as quickly as possible. If you prefer a more relaxed dining experience, visiting during off-peak hours or making a reservation in advance is recommended. In conclusion, Texas Roadhouse offers a delectable steakhouse experience with its mouthwatering steaks, flavorful dishes, and friendly service. The lively atmosphere adds to the overall appeal, making it a great choice for a casual and enjoyable dining outing. If you're a fan of quality cuts of meat and a lively dining environment, Texas Roadhouse is definitely worth a visit.

Read moreThis was our first visit to Texas Roadhouse in Roswell. My wife and I were very excited to finally get to eat there, as they are always very busy. We were seated very quickly in just a few minutes even though they were very busy as usual. We placed our drink and appetizer order while trying to decide on our entrees. After receiving our drink order, we received our entrees within about 10-15 minutes, but still had not received our appetizer, the cactus blossom onion. After asking our server about it, she went to check on it and returned and said that the order had not been entered for it and apologized. She said that they would take it off of our ticket and still bring it to us. This, of course, was the correct thing to do! Our server was very polite and did her best to accommodate us. Now about our entrees. My wife ordered the steak kabobs cooked well done, and I ordered the country fried sirloin with a loaded baked potato and house salad which my wife also had. The salads and baked potato were of good quality and taste. My wife's well done steak kabobs were definitely not well done, but still red in the center. We sent it back to get cooked the way that she ordered it. The meat came back cooked well this time, but the roasted vegetables that come with it were basically like charcoal! They should not have been cooked any further with the meat! This definitely didn't make for a enjoyable dining experience especially for the first time! My food was okay, but a little too much salt to my liking. On our dessert order, we ordered the Granny's apple classic as it is a apple cobbler with ice cream. Our dessert arrived minus the ice cream, as they were out of ice cream! We should have been notified that they were out of ice cream to give us the option of selecting a different dessert. Hunter, the manager, came by our table to talk to us about our experience and apologized about the problems. She said that they sent someone to get ice cream for our dessert! We're very pleased with her service to make us happy! We will be back again to try them again, and see if our next dining experience...
Read moreI've gone to this Texas Roadhouse many times and we usually have a good experience, but the manager (Hunter) ruined this outing for us. The waitress and hostess were very nice and helpful, so this is not against them. We all got our food at the same time, except for one of my daughters. Her chicken strips came 10 minutes later. We did not complain, as this is not something I enjoy doing. The problem was with my other daughter's meal. She ordered a 6oz steak cooked medium, and her steak was very well done. I sent it back, and did not get another steak for another 15-20 minutes. During that time, me and my husband shared our meal with her and she ate her sides. When the manager, Hunter, finally came to check on us and bring us the new steak, we were done with our meal and ready to leave. We told her it took long and did not want the steak anymore. She proceeded to tell the waitress to go throw it away, instead of offering for us to take it home. Sadly this is the third time we've had our steaks cooked well done, but in the past the managers have been very helpful. The manager still charged us for the sides my daughter ate and only removed the steak from our bill. I am not the type of person that takes hand-outs or expects anything free, but considering I had to share half my meal, and it took 15-20 minutes to get a new steak, I think the whole plate should have been removed from my bill. I tried explaining this to her, but it was hard to get a word in with her talking over me. In addition to that, I had a discount card that I can use to get a free appetizer, and she refused to remove the whole appetizer from my bill. She said there is a button she uses and it only allows her to take a certain amount off. I've used this coupon before and they always take off the whole appetizer, as the discount card states.
*A couple of days after I wrote this, a manager from Texas Roadhouse replied to my review. He ended up getting a hold of me and apologized for the incident. He really seemed to listen to my concerns, so hopefully our next experience...
