My boyfriend and I went in for the first time and I can unfortunately say, we won’t be returning. Upon entering, we weren’t given a welcoming greeting, it was “what do you want?”. The staff member randomly warmed a tortilla and then tossed it aside on the counter with other items on it after my boyfriend asked for a bowl. After preparing his bowl, I then asked for a burrito. Instead of reaching for a fresh tortilla, he grabbed the old one he had tossed aside. I then had to ask him to please grab a fresh unused tortilla. Every topping I asked for was carelessly added almost with some level of frustration on their part. I found this behavior very odd. From there.. it just wasn’t a generally friendly experience. When my boyfriend asked for cheese and lettuce on his bowl, the manager (I assume) said “wow, you just want everything dont you”. I don’t know.. for a first experience this just was not a great or positive impression. The chicken also was extremely bland…. Just not worth it. Maybe other locations are worth looking into. I know this isn’t their fault but we were also harassed by a salesman outside of their door. Just not a...

I refuse to let corporations bully me into sacrificing my online privacy and will opt to spend my money at other businesses instead.
ORIGINAL: One of my go-to lunch spots, but I usually order online, and weirdly, I consistently have significantly longer wait times when the store manager is present.
95% of the time when he is NOT there, my food is ready by the time I arrive. That’s true maybe 10% of the time that the manager is present.
I am typing this sitting in the restaurant while waiting 7 minutes and counting after the time specified in my email and looking directly at the manager.
Not sure what influence he is having over his staff but it’s very detrimental to online orders, to the point where it would usually be faster to just wait in line to order. But this is only a problem when he’s there, which I...
Read moreThis place used to be one of our go-to lunch spots. Each time we've returned lately it leaves a lot to be desired. Went today after not having been in a while and somehow the experience was just as terrible as the last time. We arrived at 11:10am and tried to open the door but it was still locked. The manager (?) came over to unlock the door, didn't acknowledge us or anything, then went back to the food prep area and proceeded to act angrily and slam things around (not sure why but there was also an angry manager last time but I believe it was a different person). The staff was fairly nice but the food maybe should have been rotated out a couple of days ago. I had a salad and there were multiple pieces of brown lettuce. The chicken was in giant chunks (not appealing) and the guacamole was unappetizingly light green in color. The unsweet tea was basically light brown water; it had absolutely zero flavor. I feel like we've given this place several chances and we won't be returning...
