DON'T BOTHER! Husband and I were hungry for burgers and we decided to try the "3 for me" specials at Chili's. What is disappointment! Ater being seat, waiter asked for our drink order. We told him we wanted the 3 for me specials. When I asked if I could upgrade my drink (from fountain soda to a glass of wine) the waiter said it could only be updated to a Margarita. Then, he said that if he could change it I could only order Chardonnay or a Red Wine. I don't drink red wine, so I settled on a Chardonnay. He brought our drinks, but I had to send the wine back because the glass was "sticky" on the outside (Obviously dirty). He took the glass and returned with another that was riddled with water spots (at least I hope they were, that's what I told myself anyway). Dinner was fine, nothing exciting to mention anyway. Then when we asked for the bill, the waiter explained that we use the device that was on the table. After some finagling, we were able to charge the gift card, but got no receipt. After flagging the waiter now for the third time, he said he'd have to print it out "in back". 5 minutes later he returns with the receipt, set's it on the table and leaves. When we looked at the receipt, we saw that we were charged for the chips and dips ($6.59) when it was supposed to be included as an appitizer and a house salad that we never ordered. When we questioned it, a manager (or assistant) asked if he could help. We explained the situation. He offered a refund of a Gift Certificate and we explained we don't dine out that often. Then he told us he would credit the card and never did (he said their "system" doesn't print credit receipts and that it would show up on my statement). I wasn't necessarily concerned about the price, but the principle of the matter. Extremely Disappointing and We Won't be going back. Sad first and last...
Read moreThe only reason I am giving this just 3 stars is because I was told I had to pay my tab via the electronic device on my table. I said "no" because I do not work for Chillis, my role is as a customer. When the manager came out I told her that I wanted to use my card but refused to check myself out. She went on to giving instructions on how to use it (10 minutes). I politely listened and replied, that "it isn't that I don't understand how to operate the machine, it's because I don't beleive in "self checkout" it takes jobs away from people and forcing customers to take on duties that are inherent to Chili's. Older people who come in there will stop coming because they can't use the machines. Eventually the manager finally swiped my card for me and checked me out. My issues isn't with with the food, or this particular location all of that was great!) My issue is with checking out from the tables to be performed at the table by the customer. I will no longer support any Chili's at any location ever again. Chili's Corporation, this practice your forcing on your staff and customers isn't a good...

But they gave me the wrong triple dipper and had to wait another 10 minutes. Our server was Chance and he was AMAZING! He would be the only reason I'd go back! Buy to top it all off he had one of the managers ( one of the serves told me his name is Mike Lima) cussing him out and yelling at him emberssing him infant of the whole dinning room! After that experience idk if I'll ever go back and I'm not sure how someone like this manager Mike guy is even allowed to be in a position of power. It's pathetic to see someone busting their butt just to get embarrassed and disrespected infront of the whole resturant! Even more messed up the server (Chance) came up to and expressed his utmost sorrow for the wait on the food and explained why the manager was yelling at him infront of us and told us that he is getting sent home because the manager. I'm not sure what's going on eith the Mikd guy but he ruined my families dinner, night...
