Honestly I never write reviews and I used to love panda but the past few times I’ve been there I’ve waited way too long for my order whether they are busy or not, if I order they the drive thru or just order through the app for a pickup. I’ve waited in the drive thru line for 40+ min. before and today I did a mobile order to be picked up asap, there was no line when I got to the drive thru except one person in front me. They told me when I got the speaker it would be an 8 min. wait for the food to finish cooking and to pull up, a little annoyed but ultimately I had no issue with it. The worker then tells me he apologizes for the wait, I say no big deal and he tells me to pull into the closest spot so when the food is ready he would know which car was mine. I proceeded to wait another 15 min. while he had came out and brought 2 other cars orders and still not mine. So I went in pretty annoyed at this point and let them know I had been waiting about 20+ min. For my food that was supposed to have only took 8 min. Worker asks for the name, I give it to him, he then goes to grab my bag of food that was already ready and prepared just sitting there.. not to mention every time I ask for TERIYAKI CHICKEN they NEVER put teriyaki sauce in the bag nor is there any on the chicken so make...
Read moreI came here before they opened. They opened at 11. I gave them time until 11:11AM and went through the drive thru. They tell me “We have nothing. It’s going to be 30-45 minutes until any of the food is ready.” Well then why do your hours say you’re open at 11 when you’re not gonna have any food until 12? That’s asinine. And it’s aggravating to someone sitting in the parking lot WAITING for you to open. I work with food. You schedule people earlier so the food is ready when your store opens? I don’t get how this is an almost daily occurrence for this location.
Then another time I asked for sweet and sour and a young girl says we don’t have any and gives me plum sauce. Her coworker then says “Yes we do. we have sweet & sour it’s over here.” Shows her where it’s at. Rude girl gives me MORE plum sauce, then proceeds to roll her eyes when I tell her she gave me the wrong sauce. She Then says “Oh my god”, slaps her palms on the metal serving windows, and shakes her head when I ask for soy sauce, walking away before I even start the word “soy”. I’ve worked in retail/food service my whole life and customers are unthankful 85% of the time, but this girl just didn’t care and she was super rude. Read moreWent 3 days in a row around 4:30 wanting to get 2 large teriyaki chicken and each time it was not ready. The first day I was told a 25 minute wait. The next day I was told that it was still frozen and not ready. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that he was not there. Day 1 and 2 took place in the drive-thru. The 3rd day I went inside to speak to the manager and he really didn't care and told me that they run out of it all the time. I then asked that if this was the case maybe it should be something to focus on, increase the cooking of this product. He did not care. It's also ironic that while I was speaking to him, around 4:30, he told me they were out again. Ding. Ding, Ding. Plan accordingly. Increase production. When I asked for the owners name and number he would not give it to me. I even suggested that he call and I would talk to them and I would not have the phone number. Instead he gave me the corporate number of which I did call and that person seemed concerned. I was told that the area supervisor would call me and they never did.
