Jimano's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Round Lake Beach

I ordered a pizza, some wings and chicken tenders from this place thru DoorDash. When they came to drop off our order, we noticed that there were missing items. I was unable to get a hold of our DoorDash driver so I contacted the store to see if they could send a driver out to drop off our missing items, since we had no vehicle. The person I was speaking with on the phone said no, it wasn’t there problem. Advised I just paid almost $50 for an order that is half missing, I even offered to pay their delivery driver if they brought our missing items. So, I asked to speak with a manager and once the manager got on the line, he was completely rude and unprofessional. He was speaking over me and would not let me get a word in. His exact words were to not blame them, their driver is getting nothing out of this but they will have their driver drop off our missing items even tho it’s not their fault. If he allowed me to speak, he would of understood that nobody was blaming them and that their driver would of been tooken care of if they brought our missing items. If that is a way your employees and managers are gunna speak with their customers anytime an order goes wrong then I have no intentions of dining with you all again. I will never order from this place again. I have been a very regular customer of theirs for years and today will be the last time I EVER order from this place again. I ordered a pizza from them and had it delivered. Opened it and of course it was wrong. Waited an hour to get some else's pizza delivered to me. Called them to inform them of this and was given the manager who proceeded to tell me no that is what I ordered. At which time I told her no I ordered a just cheese pizza and the woman who took my order even repeated it back to me and said you don't want nothing on the pizza and I said no just cheese. Now that they got my order wrong manager is actually blaming me for their mistake and instead of me waiting the hour for the pizza now I can wait two hours. So all they can do for me is bring me what I ordered and let me wait two hours to get it. NEVER again will I order from you. This has always been my favorite place to order. The pizza is always good. But the service today was very disappointing. They need to get their act together. Placed an order and I called 1.5 hrs later to check on the status the girl answering the phone stated that as soon as the driver went back to the store he would then deliver my order. Since we had already waited I told her I would just have my husband pick it up. she said ok. My husband leaves and 5 minutes later the delivery shows up with half of my order only.
