What the heck! The company is passing on their expense to you. You as a customer has to pay for using their mobile app fees ( digital fees). I did not know this until I looked at my receipt. Auntie Ann charge me $.35. On top of that, at 4:45 PM they don’t Make fresh pretzels anymore so the pretzels are HARD because it stay in the warmer for over 2 hours or more . My pretzel was hard, and I am not happy. The store is so small that they cannot keep social distances , and it is too hot to stay outside so everyone cram into this little space. They do not have two lines for in-store pick up and in-store ordering. I had 6 people ahead of me even though I ordered online. If this is the case, I might as well order in person instead of being charged the extra digit fees. The store closes at 6pm on Sunday, but they stop making fresh pretzel before 4:45 PM depending on how much they have left in stock in the warmer. So if you come late around 445pm-5pm chances are your pretzels are old and hard. Some of the Staff were getting to leave , since there is only 1 hour left until closing. Look at my receipt for the extra fees passed into you.

I am a huge fan of Auntie Anne’s cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets. They bring back fond memories of years ago when my mom and I would share a cinnamon sugar pretzel on the drive home from the shopping mall. We’d walk past the Auntie Anne’s on our way out of the mall, trying to exercise some self control, but the aroma of freshly baked soft pretzels was simply irresistible. I hadn’t had Auntie Anne’s pretzels in a couple of years, but I was happy to find they’re as delicious as I remembered. They taste like they’re fresh out of the oven. I like the pretzel nuggets in particular, since they’re easier to share and easier to eat compared to a regular pretzel. This particular location is super tiny. It feels a little claustrophobic waiting in line, but the line moves fast.

Great location, friendly employees, and great management. Very clean, fast and efficient, by far the best pretzel shop in Round Rock! Thank you, Shelly and staff, for providing an awesome field trip for my son and his friends!

We participated in a homeschool mini-field trip today at this location, where the kids learned about Auntie Anne, the process breakdown, and got to make their own pretzels with the help of the staff, and I just wanted to give a big thank you to the ladies there that worked with all the kids. The process was smooth, and they were so kind and so patient with each child, and answered all the kids’ questions respectfully. The staff there this morning did a wonderful job, and we were happy and grateful for a...
