Duluth associate, Matt, was very helpful. He went above and beyond to help me . I went in to pick up an order I had delivered to that store and walked out with more.

In general, many of Duluth product regular price points are are markedly above the average comfort zone. They Do have sales that bring the cost of well-made, attractive products within reach of a reasonable purchase..

Love the store ambiance and attentive, knowledgeable staff.

I hope that Duluth Trading Company will use sales a little more liberally to offer decent, dependable products within guilt-free pricing.

I would be a great idea to offer incentives with a Duluth Trading Members group who could be utilized to poll on future product and customer service ideas, and in turn offer early pre-sales offers and maybe some DTC swag along the way to boot.

Tldr: Do NOT order online, worst experience ever.

I spent hundreds of dollars on gifts over a month before Christmas and for some reason two of the items got stuck at a facility somewhere along the way. After contacting customer service, and providing them with screen shots of the items I was missing, they replied asking me what items. Whenever I then provided the exact order number along with each individual product name as well as the prices I paid, they replied telling me that since the item is now on sale they will only refund me the amount the item is selling for now? Then I get an email of them telling me they have started a return and as soon as I send the products to them, they will refund the sale price... But I never got those two items?! It's not a return it's a refund?! Im honestly shocked how bad...

This is about the company not any specific store. Duluth Trading was a great company was not any more. They have changed so many thing for the worse. You use to be able to return or exchange well past their year return policy. They even tell you in the store to exchange something 3 years old if it was worn out for a new one. That's not why they aren't a great company anymore. I get it they don't make any $ from accepting exchanges or returns that are years old and worn out. They change almost every product that they sell. Even if everyone like it the way that it was. Hope to don't like what ever you bought to much because eventually it will be either gone and they don't carry it anymore. Or worse they change it for the worse and it won't be like the original. Only thing I buy here is...
