Our first visit here when they opened was amazing, our second decent, our 3 and 4 visit horrible. The third visit we ordered online and picked up in store the cashier was very rude and unprofessional, possibly something you would say was our fault but I ordered and fiancé picked up and they didn’t give him the wings I ordered. I called and they said they couldn’t refund me I would have to call in or order in person next time to get them replaced. The 4 the visit, I called three times to get someone to answer the phone so I could order said wings, person on the phone I don’t know how to do that you’ll have to do it some other way!, uhm I spoke to a manager last time and she told me to call it in which is what I am doing, she huffs and puts me on hold for 10 minutes before I hang up and call back, manager gets on phone and takes my order and says they will give me total when I get there so they can deduct the wings. Get there to pick up my order and they only have 2 of the 5 pizzas and the order of wings, now I have to wait 10 minutes for them to cook other pizzas, pay for our order and they still charged us for the wings! Cashier gets all huffy and rude when I ask her to get my refund on the wings since I wasn’t supposed to pay for them in the first place and says I don’t know how to do that and storms off to get manager. Meanwhile manager is not wearing a mask neither is the cook making the pizzas, cashier is half way wearing hers by having her mouth and nose not covered by mask. No line and no phone ringing so it wasn’t even busy, which I could under normal circumstances understand the frustration a little more. This is the same cashier from visit 3 with an attitude and apparently no regard for being friendly whatsoever to customers. Whoever was managing it when it first opened was awesome and very customer friendly not sure what happened to him but not thrilled with these last 2 experiences. Poor customer service and not following CDC guidelines for...
Read moreI can honestly say that we just had the worst experience at this location. We have never visited this store and we won't be back unless it's to maybe accomplish getting contact information for the district manager's/franchise owners, someone in charge of the manager employed there, or at the very least information on how we can escalate a complaint. We tried calling several times and decided to stop by on our way home. It was late so I just figured they were busy and couldn't answer the phone. I also realize that because we pulled up at 10:40 there was a possibility that it would be to late to order. I can guarantee that any bad review here is probably 100% accurate. My bf went in and the young man up front was nice. He said his manager told him to turn off the phones and quit taking orders and that they were out of dough. My boyfriend just asked a few more questions and wanted to know if that was the case why weren't they just closed. No big deal, but the manager was super rude and zero customer service skills. He refused to give my boyfriend info on who to file a complaint to, not because they were out of pizza dough but because of his behavior. If this was my business I would be seriously concerned to learn how he treats customers. I have never written a Google review for a place of business, I've been in customer service for over 20 years and I know everyone has bad days but when I got home and looked at the reviews for this location, I realized this store has a major problem. Oh yeah, it ended with him threatening to call the police?? It was really bizarre. Anyways I'd caution you to stay away...
Read moreOrdered delivery for our dinner after a busy day and after school activities. Got text updates from DoorDash that our food was around the corner. However, the “track order” option wasn’t working. An hour later…no food. Tried to call the number given for delivery problems and tried calling the store. “All representatives are busy” for 45 minutes (gave up) and no answer at store. Left a voice message and email. No answers. Go to the store and no one is willing to help. Says have to go through customer support line. Not worth arguing with a 16 year old that doesn’t give a CARE and not their fault anyway. I’ve been a manager for H‑E‑B 22 years and understand it’s hard to get and retain people that care. BUT, if the company doesn’t give a CARE, then their employees won’t give a CARE. There’s many other reviews here saying the exact same. It is absolutely INEXCUSABLE that a national food chain does not CARE for the main pillars of that business. Service, quality, and food safety. I will not get the money back I paid for this dinner due to this company’s broken systems and ideals. My daughter LOVES Crazy Bread. Unfortunately, she will NEVER get another taste of Crazy Bread on my dime. I cannot support this crooked company and there are sooo many other better options than...
