This restaurant is right across the street from the neighborhood I've lived in the last 12 years so I've been here a lot and over the last couple of years the service has really tanked. Trying to get breakfast here is an epic waste of time. Although Taco Bell says they start serving breakfast at 7a... This place doesn't open until 9a. Aside from the obvious question as to why a company would decide that they don't need the business of people like me that have to be at work at 8a... Even if you do show up when they open, prepare to leave frustrated and empty handed. That's right, you'll pull up to order and no one is ever going to greet you, take your order, or even acknowledge you. You'll see the employees cars in the lot but no one is going to answer, you might even pull up to the window but if any of the employees see you they'll just disappear into the back until you leave. This has happened to me more times than I care to count and I finally decided to note it in a review and call it quits on even trying to get breakfast here. Its a real waste of time and leaves you feeling like Taco Bell both isn't interested in you as a customer or your money. The Jack in the box down the road always ends up getting my breakfast business that taco bell apparently doesn't want. Maybe this taco bell should start asking for a referral payout from Jack lol. Always sending my business over there. Check out the pic for the results of my trip to this location for breakfast this morning

Let me start by listing the things that were positive with my experience at this restaurant I had the pleasure of going today: I have my food and drink. That's the end of the good experience at this restaurant on today in particular and only seems to happen when a particular employee is in charge of the front drive through register, handing food out the door, and drinks (About an average amount of responsibilities for the position). The employee was slow, unresponsive and forgetful. I go every Wednesday, between 4:45pm and 5:00pm, to this restaurant and if there is a big line it's a 50/50 chance this grandpa is taking orders. I honestly keep hoping that when ever I hear this guy's voice over the intercom that he has improved at his job but it's been the same thing as early a December when I moved in RR. Just move the guy off the cash register and fountain machine and that's all his problems solved. Overall this is just a regular Taco Bell with a consistently bad employee that makes orders take longer than needed, leaves a bad impression on the customer, and could do fine in any other position.

What’s been happening with Taco Bell lately? I don’t think it’s just this location. They are being especially skimp with things lately, like cheese, nacho fries, and/or chips. I ordered a LARGE fry today and the amount of cheese that was in the container along with it was borderline an April fools joke. Like even if it was halfway full that would probably be sufficient for the large fry. But this thing is probably 20-25% full, it’s pitiful (image provided prior to any usage) AND my large fry was skimp too. It’s literally like they took a regular size nacho fry and just dumped that same quantity into a “Large fry” container. Again, image provided before any fries were eaten (I even took the ones that fell out of the bag and added them back in) With how expensive Taco Bell has gotten in recent years, this type of thing sucks and makes me not want to keep coming back.

Two years ago, I would brag about this location extensively. Nearly every other location I've gone to has had sub par customer service, took too long, food wasn't even hot, etcetera. Now, I can no longer brag, nor will I ever defend this location. I won't even be wasting my money here when desperate, I'd sooner go to 7/11 and risk an upset stomach with their food.

I come to this location once a week, on my day off, to get some food right when lunch starts, just to beat the traffic. Yet the biggest complaint is... the food. Customized items not being done correctly, missing food, missing drinks, food being busted due to the lack of care during bagging; these things are detrimental to the fast food industry. I could overlook being treated poorly if the one thing I came for, which was the food, was done correctly.

This location was my high school life, and after coming to this location in particular, for over 15 years, I can say that it is more of a miss than a hit. I don't know if it is the employees, the manager, or even someone higher up. It changes nearly every single week. Even the simplest thing, such as no sour cream, can't be done correctly. In fact, it seems as though there's even more sour cream than usual, when ordered as such!

It saddens me to say this, I will no longer waste my time, gas, money, nor energy coming here any longer. I don't expect five star quality, I simply expect orders to be correct after ordering from here, and for the food to at least be treated with some kind of care. Although the staff may be nice, they unfortunately mess up nearly every time...

Here begins a fantastic tale. One of many tacos, and a couple of chalupas. The first time I ate here, I was so hungry, I thought I would perish from being famished before I even reached my house. I thought there was nothing that could be done. I was tired and on my way home from work.

But, alas, the Taco Bell Mobile App came to the rescue. I whipped it out, and selected my order. the app took my order like a hawk grabs a mouse on a wistful dark night. With all the speed and elegance of a swan on a lake, my 4G LTE connection sent my order to the A.W. Grimes Taco Bell.

Now, when you usually go to Taco Bell, most people, save a few fanatics, are going because they expect a quick, dirty, and cheap taco on the go. Enough to satisfy the grumbling coming from your stomach. This was my expectation going in.

However, what I found was above and beyond any Taco Bell I've ever been to. Have you ever had a taco so good, you wanted to eat the lettuce? I hadn't until that fateful day...

I didn't know if it was just because of how hungry I was, that I considered the food to be on par with delicacies found on Top Chef. So, I frequented this Taco Bell a few times, and they have consistently put out the best quality tacos you will find... at a taco bell.

In conclusion. 9/10 would eat again. They were pretty good tacos for a taco bell.
