We placed an order for delivery. As soon as it arrived we opened the bag. 3 big flies came out of the bag. My daughter opened the sandwich baggie and there was a fly inside the bag on the sandwich. I immediately closed the bag, left the fly inside the bag, and went to the store. I took the bags with the fly still in it. Spoke with the manager gave her the bag and she admitted to having problems woth the flies. She said they have a big bug zapper in the back but can not place one in the front due to safety with the chemicals. I told her it's a bigger safety, having all those flies getting in the food. And yes, I saw those big flies all over the counter and inside the shelving unit where the bread is at. But oh, it's OK she said they don't serve that bread. She didn't offer a refund. Made the sandwich again and shorted an avocado spread because they ran out. The health department needs to be involved and close that place down if they don't take proper actions to rid the problem of the flies. She said they don't offer a refund because it was placed thru a 3rd party, aka Uber eats. Ummm, ok? We paid $32 for flies, I guess. And there were plenty of ppl in that star bucks eating disgusting. We started to order a grande Nitro prepared as a irish cream cold brew and we noticed the person huffed at our order. Then we ordered the grande Nitro (never changing the anount) to a Venti cup with ice. She started arguing with us and said we can't do that/ neurotransmitters in our brain can't handle it / the ice will cause disruption to the Nitro chains.. these where her main points. We were getting loud in the drive thru I told my husband forget it let's go to a different Starbucks.. My husband asked who's the manager and she said "I am!!" Mainly because I dislike the interaction of the cream with the ice. Plus Im getting a cold drink already, I don't need 3/4 of it being ice. I order this same drink all over the the US when I travel. This location waters down my cold brew drink when I order it with light ice. The first time I was willing to give them a pass. It was late in the day and figured maybe they were out or almost out. Second time it happened today and I have zero doubt they have either deliberately added water or just over diluted the batch. I make cold brew at home and I get it— its a pain. But the cardinal sin is to over-dilute it. The SB location just down on Grimes, south of 45, gets it right daily for me. Starbucks is already coffee flavored milkshakes for adults. Its a $6 coffee with .15 cents worth of coffee, .25 cream, .02 cup, .001 lid. It takes a barista 80 seconds to make. You have the nerve to add too much...
