had such a fantastic experience at The Gelato Lab! The flavors are all natural and absolutely delicious, and they offer a great selection of gluten-free options too. I loved that they have both milk-based and non-milk-based ice creams, so there’s truly something for everyone.

The Dubai flavor is a must-try — it’s served in a beautiful basket with pistachio and chocolate, and it honestly blew me away. From their water-based options, the maracuyá and mango are refreshing and full of real fruit flavor. Choosing just one was nearly impossible because every flavor I tried tasted amazing.

The Gelato Lab is an absolute gem. The texture of their gelato is incredibly smooth—like silk on your tongue. I tried the Watermelon Lemonade flavor, and it was the perfect summer refresher: light, tangy, and unbelievably refreshing. I also sampled the Pavlova, which was absolutely delicious, made with real guanábana flown in from Colombia! It’s clear that they use real fruit in many of their flavors, and it makes all the difference.

I was so excited to learn there finally would be gelato in the Wilco area. Drove almost 30 mins to try & it did not disappoint. You can tell they use fresh ingredients (as advertised). They source locally & from South America. I tried the watermelon lemonade & mango with passion fruit (from Columbia). They both were AMAZING. Way better than any chain gelato place I’ve tried.
