Only giving it this many stars because of the 2 nice younger African American men who tried to help me, i didn't get their names Came in on Saturday and ordered my usual, 2 cheesy cheddar burgers, baconator fries and a large sprite lite ice Didn't check the bag cause its hard to mess that up and went home. When i went to eat the burgers one was a regular burger with everything on it and the other was a spicy chicken sandwich I couldnt eat either, the burger because I'm an extremely picky eater, its why i always order the cheesy cheddar burgers, and everything on that one makes me nauseous And the spicy chicken gives me heart burn I call the store twice, I understand they're busy wasnt mad about that, and spoke with a woman whose name I didn't catch but said she ran the reataurant. I explained the situation and she offered to have me come back and they would fix the order, the only problem was I was home already, comfortable and i didnt want to go out and drive again. I live on the opposite side of Louis Henna, i have to make 2 u turns to get there and back and i just wasn't in the mood to do so. She told me I could come back anytime and she took my name Fast forward to Sunday, i had a long day at work and was looking forward to getting my Wendy's on. I go inside and explain what happened to the first nice young man who looks a little confused but goes to try to figure it out, according to him the manager wasn't in that day. Another young man stops him after a few minutes to ask what was going on and i explain it to him. He's just like whatever let's just fix this and get this lady out of here, not what he said but the vibe, asks what the order was and goes to get it, honestly i just wanted the burgers and was happy to pay for the rest of my usual And older woman stops him and asks what was going on, he explains and she comes to interrogate me. Ask where's my receipt, never got one paid in cash didnt bother to ask for one, who I spoke to, never got her name and im bad with them to begin with, and continues to berate me until I've had enough and leave. The first guy tries giving me my drink where I promptly tell them I'm good im going somewhere else for dinner and I go to my car to cool off and figure out where else I can go for dinner I decide to go back in to get the managers name and when she would be in next and the name of the VERY rude woman (blue wendys polo, shoulder length grey and blonde hair around 5'6 with a head set on) she refused to give me her name and wrote down the store number and its location. I tell her no, I need the managers name and when she'll be in. She gives me her phone number which isn't right, At all, you shouldn't be giving out someone's phone number to a stranger. And she also wrote down the managers name. I ask when she'll be in and she says she's always around or something like that and im like, dude im here now and she isn't so obviously she isn't always here when will she be here again. And the young man tried giving me my drink again. Lol A+ he deserves an award
I do not appreciate the way this woman treated or embarrassed me in front of the dozen or so employees there to witness her treating my like a bum trying to scam her out of four dollars worth of food This restaurant is on my way home, I go there almost every day Now im going to have to find another wendys where I haven't been thoroughly embarrassed by one of its employees Wouldn't recommend this place at all, they get your order wrong and then berate you for it because their employees don't bother to give...
Read moreI am writing this review to express my frustration with the repeated mistakes l've encountered at this location's drive-thru. On multiple occasions, my order has been incorrect, leading to unnecessary inconvenience. Twice, I was given spicy nuggets instead of regular, which was particularly upsetting as my young child unknowingly took a bite and was in distress. Despite these past errors, I decided to give this location another chance today, only to experience yet another incorrect order. I ordered the following: • Two kids' meals - cheeseburgers, plain, with small lemonades • One 10-piece regular nuggets • One small fry When the employee asked if I wanted sauce, I clearly declined twice. Upon receiving my order, I checked it before leaving and discovered that: • The small fries were missing • The kids' cheeseburgers had no cheese • I was not given a receipt to verify my charges Upon entering the store to correct the issue, I was told that cheese is extra, which is misleading because the menu only offers cheeseburgers or nuggets-not hamburgers. I specifically ordered cheeseburgers, plain, which means no condiments, not no cheese. The employee acted as if they were doing me a favor by not charging extra, which was both frustrating and unprofessional. Additionally, the staff member taking orders did not seem to understand the difference between a plain cheeseburger and a hamburger, which contributed to the confusion. While I respect language barriers, it is essential that employees are properly trained to take and confirm orders accurately. What disappointed me most was the lack of an apology for these repeated mistakes. Good customer service is about accountability and making things right when errors occur. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as these ongoing issues make it difficult to trust this location with...
Read moreTLDR- I watched them lose 3 customers in about a 30 minute time frame
Went through the drive through- ordered a 20 piece spicy nugget- nothing else
The lady who handed me my food looked down like she was unsure and then handed it over to me anyway.
Didn’t check the food till I got back to work. It was regular nuggets instead of spicy.
Tried to call them to get a refund or credit so I can come another time since I’m at work on my lunch break.
15 calls all rang to completion no answer
I go back to get the correct food and a refund as this has now taken 30 minutes of my time that it shouldn’t have
Wait at the counter for 10 minutes for the manager to help me
(She is busy helping another customer who’s order was messed up)
After waiting another 20 minutes they bring me a 10 piece spicy nugget. Also wrong.
I told her I need a refund as well because this has now taken an hour and she refused to allow me to have a refund and a remade order
Now one hour in to the process, I can see that the kitchen is a mess- someone is burning fries, there’s another customer waiting to speak to the manager AFTER me
The cost of doing good business and making it right would be exactly $10 but that is too expensive for Wendy’s Louis henna.
You should really reconsider your policy while people are still willing to eat here.
In the time I was there I watched your team lose 3 customers....
