El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in Rowland Heights

We have been coming to this place for awhile but since they have gotten a new GM we have received rude service, and unsatisfactory service. Was even hung up on by Vianca the GM who rude and very unfriendly. I call to give my input to just be given the run around and then hung up on by the GM . This lady is rude and tries to lie her way out the situations.

Update Called corporate and all they have done is deep this under the rug and continue to let this manager treat customers like she does. They have forwarded the complaint to the location and their district manager going on 3 weeks ago and have not heard a thing. This is ridiculous that they allow this kind of treatment from a manager. And then do nothing about the situation. What's do hard to make sure your managers treat all customers right. The food is great I love it. But in this particular pollo loco i dont recieve the same service as other pollo locos, an employee is what I would say rude. My personal experience was that when i needed to pay an extra penny she said " there's Penny's on the floor sometimes" which is rude to me. Also, I had made an order of a small guacamole bowl and she gave me a much small size than in most places and when I asked if there was a slightly bigger size she says "there is only this size and the larger size, our corporation isn't the same as others" then I asked for chili serrano(S) and she gave me me only 1. Honestly I didn't know how pollo loco could look this cheap...

I just left El Pollo loco, and it's 10:22. I can officially say, today was the worst I've ever been treated in a fast food restaurant in my entire life. I went in and spent $40 of my money for food and was rushed by the employee with I wasn't reading fast enough, I tried to explain to them that I was not as good as others others at Reading and she then told me after she cut me off that she does not care to hurry up. I was furious and frustrated so much so that I left the restaurant without my food. I have never been so humiliated in my life. People there definitely needs to be closely looked at the way I was treated was unacceptable. I have done nothing to...
