Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Rowland Heights

My boyfriend and I always come to this location and the food and service is always great. Today (5/05) at little after 1pm we came and this girl we've never seen before was serving us. I noticed she was just grabbing fistfulls of the toppings and literally throwing them onto our sandwiches. When I went to eat my sub it was cut crooked and not even all the way through, the bread was soggy from how much vinegar and oil she put on it and it was so overpacked with an unnecessary amount of toppings that it fell apart when I picked it up. We also noticed her walking out 5 minutes after we did meaning she rushed our order so she can clock out quicker. We went back inside and ordered another one because I wasn't going to eat the mess she gave me and the lady that remade it didn't rush through it which I appreciate. I don't like to leave bad reviews but first girl's service sucked and we ended up wasting money on the first sub and paying for a whole new one. Please encourage better service within your team cause we love this...

This sandwich is the regular #3 Ham & Cheese. I couldn't take an photo of the whole sub cuz its sooo good. ;) This is my first review & I got to say, this sandwich had to be one of the best subs I ever had in my life. The people and staff made me feel welcomed when I entered the shop with my family, all smiles (Definitely deserve an raise).Very high-quality ingredients. 5/5 stars no doubt about that. Does Jersey Mike’s offers great sandwiches prices are a little extreme even with all the inflation. I feel like Jersey Mike’s put tariffs on all their subways. A giant is $20 now crazy crazy crazy if it wasn’t for the prices, I’d come more often, but I probably only come here like twice a year. The parking is very limited.
