I called in at 6:30p after having a long day at work, ordered a Tuesday 6piece boho special all flats extra wet. I didn’t check my order before I walk & I own that, but the service I received from Louis and Bri (The Night Manager) was completely unacceptable and I hope these two young women are retrained, but this was probably the worst customer experience I’ve ever had at a BWW. My order was extra dry as I began to eat two out the bad on passenger seat, I didn’t realized it was 10/12 only made till I got home. Once i realized, I called the restaurant (a bit upset) because I now realized my order was wrong twice. I called & the manager, Bri answered and assured me she made my order and it wasn’t an extra wet sticker or label on the receipt. I’m looking at my box and receipt & she implies I’m lying…Bri told me to bring the wings back & they’ll remake them. So I bring them back & since they were dry internally and externally, I asked Louie to make new ones because they tasted like wing that had been sitting in the heater to long. Her demeanor looked like she want to fight me or yell at me… they then gave me 10 back because I ate off two… I had to drive 10 mins each way. This wasted gas and time.. Owners please rewind the tapes at 10/15/24 6-7pm. I’ve never felt so threatened by people who are supposed to create a customer experience…. Highly disappointed & I asked for a refund and she can keep the chicken and she said no she can’t. I threw it away in case...

FOOD: I picked up a boneless 20 peice and the chicken was rubbery like it had been frozen, cooked, cooled off, then put back in a fryer or high temp oven. They splashed a little sauce on each piece of chicken - to use up what was left over in that sauce bowl is what it looked like bc not one piece was fully covered in sauce. But honestly, not even sauce could have saved this chicken. Maybe after your cook plates or boxes the food, the person who bags it should do a QUALITY CHECK...just a suggestion.
SERVICE: Unfriendly and unwelcomed! I came in and saw 3 sets of eyes on me and I said I had a pick up order for Nikki. Someone yelled from the back, "it's over there". So I asked the person whos back was now facing me bc they were already walking away, "what does that mean-where is over there?" Read moreI placed an online order at 20 minutes before 11. The order went through but gave me an alert of pick up at 11am. I called the shop to explain to them if we could switch it for tonight (today) because the online order DID NOT ask for a time. The manager Chloe said “it’ll take 25 minutes to make and we close at 11. The online ordering stops at 10:30. The website allowed me to order so I believe she should have taken my order. If I would of went to the store in person would she had also rejected my order? I then attempted to tell her that when you call the number to the shop the recording says “order at any time” she then disconnected the line. I did not get any details about my refund. I went to the store and politely told her how rude she was and that she had no customer service experience. She then started acting as if I was threatening her. I worked for Buffalo Wild Wings in mesquite and never experienced so much rudeness. First and last time I will ever go to the shop simply because of you guys manager Chloe.
