Donut Palace — Restaurant in Rowlett

I stopped in at the donut shop for the first time in many, many years to get a dozen donuts for those who work at the Rockwall Animal Adoption Center and was greeted by Jenny. What a wonderful welcome! As she gathered my donuts I looked at her wall of friends... hundreds of photos of friends she has made, one donut at a time. I asked if I might take her photo in front of her wall of friends for a flickr challenge called 100 Strangers and she agreed. Unfortunately, I must have messed up her e-mail address as I tried to send her the photos and it was not delivered, so tomorrow, I will return to the shop to get some donuts for me and correct the e-mail address! Miss Jenny makes the best donuts that I've ever been in the entire world!! There's not another place on Earth that makes donuts that are even half as good as Miss Jenny! I have been going here for almost 20 years maybe longer. My family goes here my kids go here my grandkids will go here for as long as Miss Jenny is open. Good customer service is very important to me and this little shop has exceptional customer service! First of all this is the cutest little donut shop on the inside! It is decorated so cute, not that it matters much but I just thought it was so cute. Secondly, the customer service was exceptional! The lady at the checkout counter spoke to everyone in line as if they were life long friends.
