Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Rowlett

Since our first visit, we have stopped going to starbucks. Dutch bros customer service and drink selection is so much better for us. (There sugar free options are amazing)

The only 2 things i wish is they would have more snack options (as this is a hey we have to to errands lets get a charge drink and a snack would be nice but thats directed to the corp not this store they are amazing) and the other thing we would like is to order from the app or a way to pre order and once you get in line they can scan and pay only because its hard to give the order with people who get flustered easy but the staff is always pleasant and never feel rushed but once again this is a corporate issue not this store.

100% go enjoy your day and their fantastic attitude!

Old-This was our first visit and honestly a great experience. Though our order was harder because our dogs wanted to talk to the awesome person getting our order (sorry)

Drinks we got Dragon Slayer (small)... AMAZING. 10/10 Will get again and again. This one there is 0 photos bc we finished it too fast. Get it!!!

Golden eagel (iced) medium- has a good flavor but super creamy so if you wanted more of a coffee flavor may need to get a shot

White chocolate mocha cold brew (large)- less bitter than a normal cold brew which makes it taste really good. Super smooth....

Love the coffee and the people are friendly but they have this business as coming out to peoples cars like Chick-fil-A and Ive asked how to use their two lanes and do as instructed but here lately it seems they don’t even want to come out to the cars and other people start jumping in front of others, and when the worker finally comes out, they don’t know who was next, so nobody’s paying attention to anything or guiding traffic. It seems they don’t pay attention to the line of people waiting. it’s not always like that but it’s been happening more often. I understand if the weather is bad of course I don’t want anybody outside, getting sick or too hot and sweaty but when the weather is not bad, it shouldn’t take long for anyone to notice people are waiting to place their orders. Also if the worker stands there waiting for u to pull forward to place my order just put a good old-fashioned drive-through speaker and I will gladly order there. Lastly, don’t be so pushy about Tips staring at the screen to see what I put I will tip according to service and making sure my order is correct if so, I will leave a good tip and if not, I’ll still tip just...

I love Dutch and I come often and usually they are super great and friendly. They make conversation and overall they get your drink right 9/10.

I came in today and I got two coffees and the first was fine, but I got the second and I wonder if it was made properly with the right measurements of everything but that was besides the point.

I was handed the drink and it passed multiple hands and it was still dripping coffee and it wasn't wiped down. I had a group of 4 people standing at the windows talking to each other about how long they have been there (and I get 2 of them were new) but no one really made small talk (and they weren't like teaching the drinks) I just feel like someone should've thought to wipe the drink down cause now I have coffee in my cup holders that I have to clean and it's sticky. I just threw away the whole drink without drinking it cause it kept dripping on my clothes and my car.
