I've been going here sporadically for years, so I've seen many different employees and they're always helpful. Whoever is in charge of hiring throughout the life of the store has really good intuition. The staff really assists everyone who walks in the store and continue to keep track of people in the queue. They're transparent and work to explain your options, while maintaining a personable experience.
1/3/2023 Review Update: 5 - 3 I got the 2022 black Friday deal and it's been nothing less than a mess. I didn't receive all my items due to a misunderstanding. I've been on the phone with customer service three times since and have a fourth call scheduled for tomorrow. I wasn't made aware of all the charges the "promotion" would have and have spent a tremendous amount of money and time on a bad deal. I feel incredibly deceived and am frustrated after believing in kind service that turns out to be a trap.
1/3/2023 Second Review Update: 3 - 2 My sister and I went through the bill with a fine tooth comb and now I'm seeing that the promotion was applied incorrectly to my items and I've been paying for everything that was "free". Guess my scheduled phone call will last even longer tomorrow. This is taking hours of my life that I'll never get back. Additionally, my sister has yet to receive her rebate for items purchased on Nov. 25th, 2022 even after calling customer support as well. Two different people with a giant mess of a "promotion".
1/4/2023 Review Update: 2 - 1 Turns out the reason I was paying for "free" things is because they didn't even apply the promotion until my third phone call on 1/3/2023. Verizon was billing me for each item individually. Why have promotions if you don't even apply them? Moral of the story is that promotions are traps and I have the persistence to have four phone calls all lasting over an hour each, as well as be prepared for more phone calls since my issues are still not resolved from a transaction made...
Read moreStephanie is a one woman show! I spent 7 consecutive days dealing with sprint, after 21 years with them, and I have truly did not realize their were skilled representatives like Stephanie out there. I bugged her almost daily.
I am a lead programmer with a top software company in long term care industry. I program financials software. She impressed the hell out of me. She guided me through every decision and saved me an significant amount if money. She went over each step, as an accountant would, and in the end made the decision easy.
I currently have five lines, hotspot, and insurance on two, and I suspect future lines will be needed. She talked tech, talked financials, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I truly wish I had a position for her at my company.
I have no experience with Verizon, until now, but Coworkers recommend it. I thought I would give it a try. I am glad I did. Extricating myself from Sprint was painful and costly, but in the end, all costs were covered by Verizon incentives, and my bill dropped by almost exactly...
