Why do the area restaurants in Rowlett always blame the delivery company for bad food? The delivery drivers have no control over under seasoning, overcooking and shoddy packaging, Not to mention excluding napkins, straws, and other condiments that are supposed to come with the meal. It's really simple to take an inventory of the order before you give it to the delivery driver.
Take some responsibility for the poor quality of your food and do better. No one cares that you are "sharing your experience with our team members". That means absolutely NOTHING to a customer that spends $50 on food and has a bad experience. Offer a refund or a free meal that exceeds the amount of there previous order to address the customers inconvenience. Half our order showed up, and the restaurant phone number is disconnected, leaving no way to get any customer service except through Doordash. We worked through Doordash for over an hour and could never contact the driver or anyone associated with Its Just Wings. My wife never got her food. Although the buffalo and garlic parmesan wings were sauced, tossed, and good, the cajun dry rub wings were not. Most had a sprinkle of seasoning on one side while others had nothing.
