The old lady will rip you off if you don't watch it. I ordered 12 chocolate donut holes and she charged me $3.79 for 12 donut holes when it clearly says on the wall they are 210. I said why she said because you got to six chocolate and six sprinkle. I said I ordered 12 chocolate but you only had 6 chocolate and you supplement it with the sprinkle yourself. She had der kn gd headlight lok when i asked for te receipt anx questioned her of this 379 rather than 210 charge . She didn't think I caught the quick ring of the hand on the register. If I could rate zero stars, I would. After going to this location for almost 21 years, I’ve never received the type of horrible, unethical and unacceptable service I received on today. The customer service from Rowlett has truly changed over the years and racial disparity seems to be on the rise in recent years, even though these establishments are dealing with the same customers that helped keep their businesses striving before this town grew to many. I will definitely not be returning...

I had to be at a Early Class Study, came by here and picked up my regular 2 Kolaches , 2 glazed and chocolate donuts. Love the hot fresh smell of donuts when you enter the shop.

No one was here but me at this visit. Store was clean ready for business. Shelves were stocked and ready for all the local business, they were about to get today.

I still like their pinup business card board. Once you look over all the junk flyers, you will see a lot of family ran local businesses there...
