I have been going here for years and lately for a few months now, every time I order a venti with no foam...I end up with the cup not being full and looks like the quantity of a grande and there is always foam. There are only 4 baristas there that make it with no foam and fill it up and shout out to them, they are so friendly and make us feel welcomed along with the cute little messages they write. If I am paying 7 for a coffee then I expect my portion to be right and my venti to be a venti and not missing a third of the cup and can tell when I hold it too. I have spoken to the manager about it and yet it still keeps happening lately and very disappointed that I am and even when my son went there, are getting less then we paid for and that I ask for no foam and yet still have foam. Half the time I'm on my way to work so it makes it hard to say something or get it fixed when I am on a time limit to get to work. Overall the place is nice, friendly staff and clean and love the little messages. Read moreI stopped by this evening in hopes of a wrong drink made by the Target Starbucks being remedied since this store was down the street a couple miles and on my way home. When I pulled up to the speaker, I let them know I had gotten a drink at the Target Starbucks, but it was made incorrectly and was wondering if they could remake it for me. The lady at the speaker had told me “We’re not affiliated with the Starbucks inside of Target, so no we can’t.” I said never mind, and told them to have a good night. I was previously employed by Starbucks for 7 years and left this past April. For 3 of those years, I was a store manager. My team and I never turned down a drink remake, especially if it was from a surrounding store; including those inside a grocer. Why? Because it’s a great opportunity to make the moment right, and possibly earn a customer. You are doing something great for them in that moment and they will remember that. Read moreIf you order via the mobile app good luck on getting your order correct. On Thursday I placed an order at 5:50am so I could pick up on my way for an early appointment. At 6:20 they had my drink ready, but my ham & cheddar egg bites disappeared. They responded quickly and heated them up, but when the batista gave them to me they were the egg whites with pepper. I took them, but noted it was not correct, but did not have the time to wait. Three days later, thought I would try to fill my craving again and placed an order via the mobole app. Unfortunately, I didn't look until I got home and was given the egg whites with pepper again. Still good, not what I hoped for. I know these batista's are hustling, the lines are often long at this location, but how about taking a moment to make sure you are accurate? Remaking orders has to be a time waste! I tried calling the store to make they were aware, but no answer. Perhaps they have a batch of incorrectly labeled product?
