This was a shockingly bad experience and I will never dine here again.
We ordered two pies, some wings and chicken Alfredo to go. When I arrived at the restaurant the staff was goofing around and blasting YouTube videos and didn’t even acknowledge me for a few minutes. Once I received my food I noticed a box was missing. I asked about it and was told “oh yeah we ran out of pasta” and nothing else. They weren’t even gonna mention to me that it was gone if I hadn’t noticed. I had to ask about how I’d be refunded or what could be done and I was told that could all be done through corporate. I wish they had called me to let me know it was out but I understand that things happen so I said okay and left.
Once we got the food home it was an absolute disaster. Both pizzas were burnt and insanely dry and the wings had maybe a teaspoon of sauce on them. We didn’t want the food so I called to see if I could bring it back for a refund or new food. I was told once again that I had to reach out to corporate and they couldn’t do anything.
The next day I reached out to corporate through the chat system. I never heard back for days so I ended up making a post on the dominos Reddit to ask if I was doing something wrong. They ended up telling me that it’s never done through corporate and has to be done through the store itself. Which tells me that the staff lied to me to get me to stop calling since they couldn’t be asked to help me. I called the store and told the manager about it and was told there was nothing he could do and I had to wait till Friday (nearly a week away) to speak to the gm.
This was easily the worst part of the whole thing. I called on Friday and reached the GM or who had to have been the rudest and most unprofessional manager I’ve ever spoken to. I told him that I wanted a refund for the food because it was all burnt and one item was missing. He then told me that “bad food isn’t a valid reason for a refund” and that he could only refund the missing pasta. I told him that was ridiculous and he began straight up arguing with me and being rude. At one point he even said that I shouldn’t have listened to his staff about going to corporate because “they don’t know what they’re talking about”. Eventually he said okay I’m putting the whole refund through and hung up on me while I was mid sentence.
Long story short I don’t recommend ever coming here. I wanted until I received the refund to write this review because I was worried they’d revert it. That should tell you all you need to know about...
Read moreI recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this Domino's location. I placed an order for three pizzas through the app, and one of the pizzas turned out to be completely burnt—with blackened edges and visible charring on top.
I went into the store to bring this up, and the employee I spoke to was dismissive and unprofessional. She rolled her eyes and told me a replacement would take 10 minutes, so I waited in my car. However, when I went back in, the new pizza was burnt just like the first one! I pointed this out, only to be told, with another eye roll, that "pan pizzas come burnt like that." This statement was both rude and incorrect, as I’ve ordered pan pizzas before and they’ve never arrived burnt.
When I requested a refund due to the burnt pizza and her unprofessional demeanor, she snatched the pizza box from me, raised her voice, and told me I’d get a refund in 10 days. I left but returned shortly after at my brother's suggestion to ask for a receipt. Shockingly, she refused to provide one and continued speaking to me in a raised tone. When I politely asked her to calm down, she retorted, "If I were yelling, you would be running out the door!"
This experience was appalling. Not only was I served food that was completely unacceptable, but I was also treated with a shocking lack of respect as a paying customer. Read moreI will never order from Dominos again. This location in particular should just close up. I ordered one of the local coupon specials on the app. It was for 2 pies and a 2 liter of soda. After waiting for delivery what felt like an eternity, the app indicated my food was already delivered. I waited another 10 minutes thinking the driver must have been around the corner but still no food. I call the store and they tell me he will be there soon. 50 more minutes go by before the food arrives! I think they have a timer and they disabled it to make it look like they delivered it on time or something. Why else would the app say delivered on it? I would have picked it up had I known it would have been nearly 2 hours! At this point I can't believe I tipped so well IN ADVANCE! The driver gives me my pizza and no 2 liter of soda. When I ask he says they have no soda and the manager will credit my card back. Why didn't they bother to tell me when i had them on the phone? I never got a credit. I called repeatedly unable to speak with any sort of management. I stopped by and was told to come back another day because the manager is only there once in a while. Who is in charge of this circus?
