horrible communication. I placed an order online and gave a CC for the payment. After almost 2 hours without delivery i called back and was told they got busy and the driver was already out. No one called me to even let me know of any delay. When I called again 30 min more after the driver not showing up they told me they would find the driver and let me know how close they were. No CALL. Then after another 15 min the driver shows up with cold food telling me that I havent paid yet. I called and they told me they must have written the number down wrong. They then said they tried calling me. I did not receive a call. then they mentioned they may have called the wrong number back. This was not a good slice of pizza on any level. The slice itself was was way undercooked and you can taste the cheaper ingredients to offer a cheap slice. First slice I did not finish. I know there are many Delizia Pizza Kitchens in numerous towns. Not sure if the pizza will be different at other places? The place was clean and the lady at the counter was nice. Big room with a lot of seating. Maybe I caught them on a bad morning, but really didnt have a good pizza experience. Read moreHorrible service and management. Went to dinner with wife and kids. Ordered slice as appetizer, and bread, and for dinner chicken sandwich and pizza. Slice came out after 10 min then 10 min later chicken sandwich came. Very delayed and out of order service. Then 5 min later bread came. Whole family waited 15 more min. For pizza. All food was cold. Spoke to waitress whom was rude. Then to manager Daki , the owners nephew, whom did not care less and said that not to put too much blame on the 17 year old waitress and called her a baby. No accountability. They should hire better service and train managers more in the area of emotional intelligence. The only person that had respect was nicole, sother waitress whom tried to make it right. Will never go to this restaurant again. Horrible service...
