I placed and online order and I got there an about 10 minutes early (not prob here) there were a few customers in the restaurant and a small drive threw line. I walked in and 2 where waiting for there orders and looked like they have been for a minute or 10. The employee helped the couple in front me and then proceed to walk away. They kept getting the drinks for drive thru and the employees basically walked on top of me with saying excuse or anything so they could place the drinks on the counter. I just got a look like just move out of my way. There i stood waiting for the employees to help the drive threw and all the new cars going threw the drive thru. Everyone in the restaurant was helped but me. Finally they turned to me asked if I was helped I said no and then I said I am picking up and online order I placed. And I was told from where DoorDash Uber eats etc. I said no I placed the order myself. They looked at me like I was crazy and had no clue. Finally they figured out what I was saying and charged me for my order which I did add 2 drinks to my order. I paid for my order and that was left me with a few minutes for my order to be completed( I was ok with that since I was early) there I sat and waited again more drive thru orders to completed. Then when I asked to speak to manager they came over and when I asked how much longer. She then said oh you order was done 3 minutes ago. And she proceed to give me my order. I asked so is the drive thru more important since I watch them clear the drive several times before my order was completed. I checked my order before leaving to ensure it was correct and I was ice I mean ice cold. I was then told her staff is all new and I had to be patient. I also said ignoring people inside your restaurant or just almost pushing them out their way. And I was also told I have to be patient she has all new staff. Why should a customer in the restaurant be left to wait so they can get their drive numbers high....
Read moreExtremely disappointed with the service and interaction with management at 1:56 a.m. on August 26th. when I pulled up to the drive-thru I ordered a number one the gentleman then asked if I wanted to add cheese for which I said yes please. I let him know that I would like to have a Coke or Pepsi with my meal he then asked if I would like to have onion rings or french fries, I chose onion rings. I then told him I would like to have an additional two bacon cheeseburgers. He told me my total and proceed to the window. At this time he did not read back the order to me. I get to the window and the gentleman tells me my order is $12.89. Once again he did not repeat the order to me. I gladly pay with a $50 bill, I received my change and give the gentleman a $4 tip. I received my drink and my food then I pull into the next parking lot, at this point I realize that I was given the wrong order instead of a number one I have a number four plus two cheeseburgers. I came back through the drive-thru and they told me to come to the window, at this point I spoke with a woman who appeared to be a manager, she said we all heard you order a number four. This is clearly not the case! I told her that I ordered a number one with an additional two bacon cheeseburgers she repeated yourself that they heard me order a number one and then she said I mean a number four. They clearly don't know what the heck they're doing there and the worst part is I even gave them a tip! She was not receptive and seemed to be annoyed with even having to ask me what is it that I wanted. Feeling disrespected I just left. They should teach these people customer courtesy and train their people properly. I'm grateful that they are open at almost 2:00 a.m. in the morning and I know that people are tired, but when you make a mistake don't come at me with an attitude. I am the customer! I will not return to this establishment they do that know what...

If I could give this a negative number of stars, that would be more accurate. Where to start?
Most of my family moved to Florida a few years back. My mother grew up always being able to go to White Castle. We drove up from Florida and one place she needed to stop at was White Castle since we don’t have them down south. The gentleman in front of us was there for one thing, and they were out(I believe it was a brisket sandwich). He left with nothing. We get to the counter and the first thing my mom wants is her chocolate shake(she always talks about how she loves her shake from White Castle). They are out of Chocolate. Talk about seeing someone heart broken after not having it for years, driving 1200 miles, and not getting it. I go to get my drink from the soda machine where you pick your flavors. There was hardly anything. I believe there was coke, water, and Fanta. I said forget it and pressed the Dasani and saw they had Lime Seltzer or plain. I figured I’d get the lime. Nope. Out of it, which explains why there’s no sprite. Lastly, I go up to get more Ketchup for my brother and I and there’s 2 packets left in there. Not a big deal but when there’s 2 tables in there and its 3 in the afternoon, why not fill it after the lunch rush and before the dinner rush? Why would you be out of a certain sandwich by 3 pm? Why are you out of Chocolate shakes at 3 pm? Did everyone order them for breakfast?
Needless to say, TOTAL disappointment. I will not be returning unless my mother wants to try getting a chocolate shake again(which doesn’t seem very promising),when we come...
