Roxbury Motel — Hotel in Roxbury Township

I honestly don't know where to start: no web page, lack of phone etiquette, major disregard for guest questions, the drugged up guest, circling the parking lot, the rude owners/mangmt staff, the fact that they prohibit you from having any visitor after 7pm, the fact that mgmnt will spy on you as they're directly across from all the rooms, the yellow and greasy remote you are given at check-in for your a/c heater, the fact that the older gentleman had no regards for customers as he kept hacking up a lung (especially during these sensitive covid times), the fact that the owner wouldn't give his name, the fact that the owner did not care if I wrote a review or not, the fact that the owner and his father/father-in-law? looked disheveled and horrid exposed dry cracking feet was the greeting, the fact that the main check-in area looked like it hasn't been cleaned in years....||||I mean, that's not even the icing on the situation. In summary, I am looking into writing the NJ Business Consumer Affairs Dept to report the unsafe conditions of this business, not only that, but the rudeness and arrogance of the mangmt/owners of this place.||||Never again. The place is a dump. I walked in the room, saw what I was getting myself into, and walked right out where I headed to the office to ask for an immediate refund. There was no way I could stay there, especially after the rudeness, dirtiness, and the virus hub the operating staff has left that place to be.||||In short folks, either to sleep for a few hours, trust me, it's a thousand percent not worth it. These folks do not respect other people's needs or money, so why would I spend my money on this place with no respect in...

Ok cleanliness is disgusting between the cigarette burns in the carpet the nasty sheets (also burnt) and the silverfish running around the floor and the mold/fungus on my bathroom door, holes in the walls, and fingerprint smeared walls, its clean but it has and odor too. ||Location, its nicely placed near a few major highways unfortunatly a little difficult to get too (turn back NOW) thats all this place has going for itself. I was kindly greeted by two men one man was watching tv not really paying any attention to watch was going on around him like maybe killing silverfish or cleaning. These other reviews are a little ridiculous . I mean every motel with in a few miles if this place is 100$ or more. The roxbury motel isn't that bad for 50$ a night. Don't get me wrong my wife and I always usually stay in nice places for 100$ or more but if you can't afford it for a particular reason I'm sure we all at some time or another have had to stay in a 50$ a night place.
