to start off i would like to say i frequent this marcos and im not one to leave bad reviews. typically, my service at this location is fair. i will say in the past their has been longer wait times but usually i can recognize that they are busy not only with customers but also with door dashes or online orders. tonight my experience was not the same, i stopped in around 9 pm to come and grab a pizza for the night. i ordered a single large cheese pizza, we waited for over 20 minutes. i was the only customer in the lobby and while i was sitting there waiting, they handed out maybe 2 door dashes/online orders. when i came in there were employees in the lobby that were being very crude and inappropriate. they were using offensive language such as the C word and the F word, and goofing off which i thought to be incredibly disrespectful especially since i was a guest in their lobby. i feel like it was a foul use of time and place. i was a teenager once too, and also work in food service so i understand that when it’s slow it’s okay to have fun but it shouldn’t have been so disruptive and also where customers can hear that type of language being thrown around. there was also two other employees who seemed to be on break sitting in booths while there was also employees in the back and after observing it seemed like there was maybe only three employees actually working. a young man (who i would like to say i am very proud of) finally stepped up to express that the employees that were in the lobby were not doing much work while he was. i unfortunately feel like if the employees in the lobby were focused on finishing their work or helping their team the work would have been done faster, i would have gotten my order quicker and there wouldn’t have been stress out onto that young man. overall, i would like to say that i am upset with what i experienced tonight and i feel as if there needs to be a better direction for the young kids that work there on what is...
Read moreI'm done w/ Marco's. My wife cannot eat red sauce, we have twice ordered white sauce via DoorDash only to get the pizza delivered with red sauce and forced to order/prepare something alternative for her to eat. Last night was the last straw. After trying to stress a dietary condition is the reason we need white sauce, we finally got the white sauce. But wait, this third order is still screwed up: my basic, All Meat Pizza, shows up as a cheese only pizza with zero toppings. Finally, truly fed up from three straight Friday night deliveries of lousy customer service/attention to detail, I call. I am not offered a solution to this problem tonight as I expected. No, I am offered to have my name placed on a sheet of paper the manager will surely see to offer me a free cheesy bread the next time I come in. Yep, that's what I was looking for you to do. Why make my current order right when I can get a free cheesy bread some other night to go along with my fourth f*ed up order?
To make this call more insulting, I told the guy who picked up the phone that I had my pizza and it had showed up incorrectly. He assured me my Door Dash order was headed right out the door immediately. To which I had to explain to him how I was currently, actively looking at my pizza. I was not his other order. Confusion. "How could this be?" I could hear him fumbling to wonder on the other end. I was an already delivered order? Yes. I am not the order that is currently late which you are actively screwing up, I am the order you already screwed up and the customer you are currently half paying attention to.
I know it's Friday night and it gets slammed. But this is supposed to be my convenient solution to dinner after I've been slammed. That's WHY you're slammed. I'm tired of them getting it wrong. Do something about your Friday night crew. You've lost one customer. Hopefully you can stop the bleeding while this location can still...
Read moreI got an order to go when I arrive to pick it up. They told me five more minutes. No problem I said I continue to wait.Five minutes later they come back and said five minutes longer. Six minutes later they come back and said oh they forgot to drop your wings five minutes longer. I asked for a manager I was told there was no one there I could talk to. I asked for the phone number of the manager and when would be a good time to call the response I received was during the day you know the manager has a family I explained that I was a manager myself and I understand there’s only so much a person can do, but I was waiting in the store for my order and I felt like my order didn’t matter because otherwise they would’ve been checking to see when my order was done since I was sitting right there at the front table, waiting for them to finish my order. The last person that helped me told me they were just a driver and I said well maybe then I just want my money back because my pizzas have been sitting in the window for approximately 15 minutes and I was told there’s nothing they can do. So I arrive home with my order and guess what that’s right. My food is cold. I am very upset. I spent $50 to get food and was treated like my business is not important. I absolutely would like a response...
