I’ve been in many times and every time it is slow and inconsistent. I’ve tried giving the benefit of the doubt it’s a new location, new staff they’re learning etc, but it’s frustrating that I order the same thing and the price isn’t the same every time. They’ve seen me almost daily and never said they offer a punch card, I only found out today because I went in and seen them in the drawer, I asked for one she handed it to me but didn’t punch it, I had to ask for her to punch it and then it only got 1 punch when I bought multiple drinks. My mother was with me and ordered hers separate and she had to ask for hers to be punched after asking for one even tho we were together they should’ve handed her one with mine and then she got the wrong change back. The guy who appeared to be the manager or owner maybe didn’t get up and help when it was obvious the girls were struggling even tho there was only two cars at the DT while we were there and me and my mom inside so it shouldn’t have been that hard but clearly it was and he sat there on his laptop while his pre school aged son played on the bench like this place of business was playground or daycare center. Very unorganized very unprofessional and I’m thinking even once it’s not a bunch of new people learning it won’t change because the manager or who appeared to be in that role didn’t care about customer service so why would a bunch of teenagers and sometimes children as I’ve also seen what appeared to be 9 year working there a...

So bought cookies 3 from Crumbl and 4 from twisted, I’m a huge fan of twisted but my daughter really wanted to try crumble. I love the size of cookie at twisted! It’s not overwhelming and can finish it in one sitting. The fresh lime squeezed on top is the best! And their frosting is amazing and tastes more natural! Crumble frosting is good but I feel like it dries up and has way too much sugar. I’d give crumble a 3.5 star and twisted sugar a 5 on how it tastes.
