9:15pm no one else is in the restaurant when we walk in are looking at the menu and the cashier guy stares at us the whole time and then as we approach to order he leaves and walks to the back where we can no longer see him, so we tell another worker that was cleaning that we are ready to order and as ws say our first item, another worker standing behind us asks the cashier helping us "who is on bathroom duty?" she replied "idk why is it bad?" He says "there's something on the ground." So she leaves us and walks over to another counter to look at something, they talk, then comes back to us and we start our order again and the same kid interrupts and says to her "it's a protective something". He repeats that twice smirking. And they kinda mumble stuff back and forth while we are waiting to order. What is wrong with this generation who have no costumer service skills or social skills. Wait 30 seconds and talk to her in private Also don't disappear and leave costumers standing there. There was not one other costumer so you are not busy doing anything else in the back. Besides that, the deep fried mushrooms are always good and it was warm inside on a...
Read moreI have never written a negative review in my life, but I feel like by sharing this, this situation can be avoided in the future. I went to Warren’s in Roy, Utah for the first time yesterday night with a friend. We went in around 10:15 pm and saw that they were closing at 11:00 pm, so I figured we would quickly order and be out of their hair. The assistant manager took our order, after 10 minutes of waiting. She was acting obviously annoyed that we were there. I thanked her multiple times while paying, with no acknowledgement. She brought us our food, sort of tossing it our way, giving the wrong items to each of us. Again, she was very outwardly rude and certainly unfriendly. She watched as we left with no reply as we thanked her. I completely understand her wanting to go home, but we were grateful for her service, cleaned up after ourselves and left well before closing. The food tasted great— I was just disappointed with the service from that employee. I was even more disappointed that she was the assistant manager. Again, I am not writing this to be a pain, but I do think it should...
Read moreI was craving a pastrami burger and reading the results I went to Warrens in Roy, UT. That was a BIG mistake. I order the pastrami burger and a small onion ring. I'll start with the onion rings. I ordered a small and there were 5. Yes 5 small onion rings. For almost 4 bucks that is $.80 per ring. Then, they were barely cooked. Nothing like a crunchy onion in a ring to ruin it. Next the burger. Not good. Not good at all. There was literally 2 thin shaved pieces of pastrami on it, not piled like other placed. The lettuce was "chunky" and fell out all over at first bite. If you are looking for a good pastrami, hit Crown, Apollo, etc. where the lettuce is thinner and the pastrami is part of the burger not just an "accent". It was so bad, I ended up throwing half away. For $9 I expected more than that. So, for $13 I got 5 partially raw onion rings, and a mediocre burger. This was at 11:30 in the morning, so not a late night run just before closing. The service was good, everyone was pleasant, so I guess that is a positive. I will not be back, I...
