1st complaint: Waited 10 minutes until someone showed up to the counter. Couldn’t find my order then I said DoorDash pickup and they needed my phone to confirm. So I went back to my car to grab my phone and had to wait in another line for another 5 minutes for her to help me again. I could see my pizza it was ten feet away the whole time. I get food here all the time so the service was odd. Newer second complaint on 9/9/24: Ordered through door dash this time and had a large build your own delivered. Upon receiving it, I noticed the pizza appeared small. I called Jets and asked how many slices in this pizza and they said 8. I told them there is 6 slices only. She didn’t believe me and asked that I bring it back. So I had to drive to jets to show them the pizza was not correct and when I showed the owner, Ms. Tyson, she said either I am lying and ate the slices missing or the door dash driver ate the two slices before bringing it to me. I did not want to touch the pizza because it was tampered with and they refused to make me another one even after I gave them the previous pizza back. They told me to go through Door dash for refund. Customer service here is terrible. The owner lacks knowledgeable insight on treating their customers. I have been ordering pizza here since 2017 twice per month. This Jet’s pizza has lost its ability to serve the community with dignity and respect, making customers feel like thieves cheating the system (for two extra slices?????????!!) I did argue with her at the counter which I wish I could take back, however, considering the inconvenience I had been through for a $31 pizza delivery that I had to drive back to the store to provide evidence (that was denied) it was warranted. The owner, Ms. Tyson, then THREATENED ME stating the location is under video surveillance and that she called the police on me. I will never ever come back to this location as they are rude and I believe the owner was discriminating against me.

Very bad and slow service a manager/owner banned me from ordering for $10. She became very rude because she lost $10 now she has been on the phone for hours with corporate trying to ban me from jets. She also made a fake police report accusing me of harassing. Wanting to prosecute me to the fullest extent of the law she says It her tone of voice and way she speaks. Ver un professional she does not deserve to be a owner or a manager Bad service Avoid at all cost bad quality of food does not have that jets flavor bad quality of workers starting with the owner and manager I warned everyone Respect your money Don’t waste on this jet’s garbage That lady is so greedy She will be ok without your order

How do you sale caesar salads with no caesar dressing??Should have ordered coney island! I've ordered Caesar salads from a different location and loved them. This salad was horrible! Charged higher prices for medium portion toppings and given small portions. Ended up with a bowl of iceberg lettuce and a few toppings, also no options for mushrooms (which I could order from the other location). I don't know if it was the chicken, it would probably have to be the chicken because I only had a few tomatoes, black olives and croutons but it was very salty.... after putting all of the toppings and some lettuce in a bowl, I still have enough lettuce for another salad... extremely dissatisfied.

How do you sale caesar salads with no caesar dressing??Should have ordered coney island! I've ordered Caesar salads from a different location and loved them. This salad was horrible! Charged higher prices for medium portion toppings and given small portions. Ended up with a bowl of iceberg lettuce and a few toppings, also no options for mushrooms (which I could order from the other location). I don't know if it was the chicken, it would probably have to be the chicken because I only had a few tomatoes, black olives and croutons but it was very salty.... after putting all of the toppings and some lettuce in a bowl, I still have enough lettuce for another salad... extremely dissatisfied.

This was ridiculous. We tried to order a birthday pizza for our friend and they would not let us pay over the phone. I have never encountered a pizza place that won't let you order a pizza over the phone to be delivered to someone else. They said the credit card had to be there upon delivery. We offered to send a picture of both the ID and the card via email or text. I am just not sure what the risk is here that made them create this so called "policy" and clearly neither did the manager because she, as well as "Mykeal" who I talked to after her couldn't give me a reason other than "policy". I would understand if they weren't taking the payment details over the phone that they would be worried if there is no one at the delivery location to pay for the pizza upon arrival but that could just as easily happen with an online order or declined card. Worst case scenario the person can't pay and you take it back and lose $12 for the pizza they just made. As we were trying to prepay, this doesn't apply here anyways. They pissed off multiple people and turned down a customer over a possible $12 loss. If I was out of town and wanted to order my kid and her babysitter a pizza I wouldn't be able to at this establishment. This was just plain dumb. no reason they couldn't make an exception, they need better management, I do not...

I ordered my food over the phone at 9:07 pm tonight 6/2/2018 and it never fails Everytime I come into this establishment I have to Wait an Extra 20 Minutes. After sitting there patiently Waiting and Watching people come in pickup their order and leave right out, I figured it must be a problem! So I asked them why isn't my Pizza Ready? This young manager told me because I cancelled a Pizza wayyyy back in November 2017, they have to wait to make my pizza, once I arrive there! I've been coming to this place for years and you tell me the One time I call and cancel a Pizza, I can't order in Advance and my Pizza will not be Ready! Are you Serious! What about Loyalty & Courteous Customer Service!! At least I called and cancelled, I can see if it was a no show!! I'm Very Disappointed in your Reaction! And Because No One Advised Me Over the phone that I would have to order inside! I'M VERY Disappointed!! There was No Apology, No Accepting that me and my Son Have been Loyal Customers! Shame on You! I Wonder Have You Ever had to Cancel an Order or even an Appointment? What was the Outcome? I Hope Corporate...
