McDonald's — Restaurant in Royal Oak

Horrible horrible experience! I will no longer be returning to this McDonald’s. I get there to pick up a Doordash order that was a simple fillet-o-fish meal, since it was a meal it came with a fry and a medium coke, well. This simple grab and go order took over 30 minutes to do! First I get there just a little before 8, there are 2 cars in the drive though, still a little bit of a wait, but I eventually get up to the window for the order. By the time I got to the window there was 6 cars behind me so as a respectful person would I drove out of the way to get the line down so I can check the food. Well, we noticed they never gave me a Medium coke. We back and say “you guys missed the medium coke for this Doordash order” and I’m being nice about it because that’s the kind of person I am. Anyways so we order it and NOT only did I have to wait about 20 minutes just for a medium coke because there was already people infront of me, BUT I had to repeat myself to 3 different people 4 times that all I needed was a simple Medium coke. I’ve worked at McDonald’s before and I know that all you have to do is press the size you want, the drink you want and tada!. Well for some reason instead of just giving me the coke they asked me to pull forward so they can bag it. (Obviously I did) Anyways about 10 minutes goes by and I still haven’t gotten my ONE Medium coke, that’s not even for me. I drove away and explained the situation to the lovely lady who ordered it and understood the situation. I am very disappointed in this McDonald’s and I will not return. AlSO my boyfriend who does Doordash with me noticed that instead of getting me my coke the employees decided to laugh around and run around...

I wouldn't even give it that if the young ladies at the drive-thru window was as nice as they were. I visited this location 10/24/22 around 5:50pm. Ordered 3 large fries waited, paid, and received cold - very dark fries. I returned to the drive-thru and encounter a horrible male manager. He told me “My fries were cold because I waited 10 minutes and brought them back". Mind you I literally re-entered the drive-thru as soon as I pulled off initially. After trying to tell me they were fresh, he reluctantly took them back. He went away for thirty seconds and gave me the same fries back, which was little warmer. Once again, he tried to convince me that they had just came out the fryer. I pulled off because there were people behind me. I quickly realized the inside was locked so I got back in line and eventual encountered the same manager. I told him to take the fires and I didn't need my money back. He refused and told me the fires was fresh. I ended placing the fries back in the window, and left. I WILL NEVER STOP THERE AGAIN AND I ENCOURAGE OTHERS...

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND OUTRAGEOUS BEHAVIOR at my near by mcdonalds. i ordered one of their kind of wine tasting, but still amazing, vanilla shake, and two disgusting, but what my friends wanted, shamrock shakes. AND GUESS WHAT? the shakes were half filled.that's correct, HALF. FILLED. imagine my suprise when i recieve my order and see this monstrosity. it was absolutely horrendous. no offense. i should have bought shakes at a different place so they would have the correct amount not half way. i went into the mcdonalds to ask if theyd fill them to the top. and you'll never guess. they wouldn't. they wouldn't fill my shakes up. overall, i would have to say, mcdonalds has horrible shake making skills. shaggy's power could've made a better shake than those belittling kind of humans did. not proud of this community AT ALL. this behavior should not be tolerated. i will never EVER return to this mcdonalds in my life until there is justice. sorry for the hate, but i was very disappointed in my service.
