There is a lady here that always says the system is down. But the fact that this time the place is open and no one is at the register for more than 20 mins and then calling while in there you can hear the phone ringing and being ignored. No pickup shelf at this location and instead of simply handing you your sub from behind the counter they take orders and keep making sandwiches for others that are waiting in line.
