Subway — Restaurant in Royal Oak

There is a lady here that always says the system is down. But the fact that this time the place is open and no one is at the register for more than 20 mins and then calling while in there you can hear the phone ringing and being ignored. 8/15/2024: Don't waste your time ordering ahead online or with the mobile app here. No pickup shelf at this location and instead of simply handing you your sub from behind the counter they take orders and keep making sandwiches for others that are waiting in line. It would take 5 seconds to hand me my order that's ready and waiting. Is it no training or simply don't care. I have to say I wasn't expecting much for a fast food vendor set up on the inside of a discount store like Meijers, but I was really impressed. Our server, who was all by herself, really hustled and prepared our subs just the way we wanted them with ample portions of meat and condiments. We had the food to go, but would have felt comfortable eating there with the few tables and chairs they had set up. They appeared to be clean as was the floor.
