Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings — Restaurant in Royal Palm Beach

I frequent the belvedere location very often I normally mobile order that way no mistakes will be made on my order. today 5/20/23 I thought I order my usual the cheese steak meal no tomatoes or mushrooms with extra pickles and large strawberry lemonade. The female cashier unbeknownst to me just charge me for the drink and sandwich. After a 10-minute wait I was handed my food by Jordan (this is important to know) as he turns around, I said excuse me may I please have some ketchup. I get to my car check my bag to skim a few fries to find none so I go back into the store and tell Jordan hey I did not receive my fries he say with a less than friendly tone what is your order number which I tell him he tell me that I did not order them cool that is not a problem now the problem I have the line is long I should not have to go through the process again after waiting in line for another five minutes Jordan rings me up for the fries I ask his coworkers for his name. I assume one of his coworkers tells him he offended the black hair woman so he goes to apologize to the woman he assumes he offended when he finds out it is me, he does not otter not one apology. he goes on to talk to his male coworker about the situation while pointing at me which I state do not point your finger at me. when Jordan packages up my fries he lightly tosses it on the counter in front of me not handed it to me like he did with the sandwich earlier or any other times I came to this location. Came here for the first time last night, been wanting to since it opened some time ago

Alex was the one who took my order, he seemed nice, and alot of other reviews seem to agree on that. I had to wait a few minutes after the customer ahead of me ordered before I could, but I assume that's because they want to get customers served so there's not too many waiting at once

I ordered a cheesesteak, fries, and a drink, I asked for no onions or veggies; just the meat and cheese. The drink machine is self serve which I like in case I come to Walmart to get my oil changed in my car and I need something to kill time while they're working on it.

It tasted very good. Staff were great. The only reason I knocked off a star was because I asked for a large fry but got charged and received a regular size that almost looked like a small.

Ordered food online at the rpb Walmart location , I get there they don't have my order to even make it , I'm on a 30 minute lunch break trying to get food , the cooks are running store barely speak English couldn't help me , so I had to leave , I better be getting my refund.
