Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague! Scheduled a replacement battery for my Samsung Galaxy 8 4 days prior to the appointment which was for 9am. Upon speaking with the manager Gabriel Munoz at 9 am on my appointment day I was informed that no technician was available until 11am? Manager Gabriel Munoz informed me that a "new" employee approved the time and there was nothing he could do about it. He told me it takes 2 hours to replace the battery and I should return around 1pm. He asked me to take the phone case and leave the phone. So I left the phone and walked back to Al Packer Ford where my car was being serviced. I then returned at 1pm to pick up the phone. The phone was given to me at which time I notice that my screensaver is melted to the screen. I ask to speak to the manager, Gabriel Munoz once again who informs me that their sorry and the would replace the screensaver. Unfortunately, I have to use an ArmorSuit MilitaryShield Samsung Galaxy S8 Case-Friendly Screen Protector due to the fact I use a Mophie Juicepack case on my phone as the ArmourSuit is the only screen protector that will fit. They don't stock this screen protector nor can they order it according to the manager. So they gave me their corporate customer service number and I called. Spoke with Alex who was as useless as breasts on a bull! Told me he spoke with the owner and I could make another trip to the store to discuss the issue if I so choose. Why would I waste my time when their customer service was horrible from the manager, Gabriel Munoz already? I went to the store because my iPhone screen actually lifted off. They looked at the phone and told me the battery expanded and that they could replace the battery right then and there.
