Duffy's Sports Grill — Restaurant in Royal Palm Beach

Actually, O stars but won't allow me to proceed without a least selecting 1 star but trust me they don't deserve it. . Food was bad and service was worse. Literally waited over an hour for our food. Typically would have walked out but we were with a large party. Half of our group received their food, finished and paid while the the other half still had not even received our food. Additionally the group that had NOT received their food, consisted of 3 small children, all under the age of 5. Now when have you ever heard of a restaurant making small children wait while adults receive food at minimum 30min prior. Requested to speak to manager and it took him 15 min to even come from the back, meanwhile he was the same "Manager" that stopped by the table of a family of 3 that came in 1hr after us and had also come and gone, prior to us even have received our food to make sure they were doing ok. All the while walking by our table (4 times) and never questioning why we still had no food. When he did come out, he never apologized and simply said "I know it took a long time to get your food, we're really busy." In the end, he did discount the check 25% and offered each of our tables a free dessert. But guess what? That took another 20min to get and then another 20 to bring the check. Total wait time: 2hrs 10min. Ridiculous!! You wanna know the kicker? I was the last to receive my food out of a group of 17 of us and I had a salad!! P.S. did I mention the food was bad? Never will I ever return. Once upon a time, Duffy's was a staple for our family get togethers and sadly, because of poor service and food quality, that became much less frequent. After Covid I would have expected a new and improved Duffy's. Negative. This was by far one of the worst restaurant experiences...

I love this place!! I am a regular and come here multiple times a week. The food is good, service is better. Tiffany is awesome!! She keeps me coming back!!!

The Caesar Salad is very simple, and the croutons are crunchy. The lettuce is not soggy with the dressing making the salad very palpable, and the lettuce has some crunch the lettuce. The parmesan cheese adds a nice touch to a simple side salad.

If you are hungry and want something to fill you up for dinner, get the Cajun Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo adding blackened grilled shrimp to the pasta dish. The butter cream sauce was very saucy and covered the noodles with every bite in my mouth. The shrimp added a nice snap, making the chicken easy to chew. The garlic bread is for moping up the excess sauce when you finish your food. The noodles are al dente to each bite, which complements the sauce perfectly. The Cajun Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo is a perfect dish to fill up for a dinner night.

Duffy's Sports Grill at Southern Blvd is a go-to place if you want dinner late without eating fast food daily. The restaurant closes at 11 P.M. make it easy for me after a long day of work on the road. The service is excellent, with the server checking on the customer's satisfaction with their food. Absolutely horrible! When the four of us walked in we didn’t get seated for at least 5 minutes when we saw servers at the bar having a conversation with each other. Then we were seated and didn’t get attended to for another 15 minutes. Once our server Paris R came she took our drink and appetizer order and it took 10 minutes to get 1 beer, and then when we asked where the other drinks were she said the wine was poured but the wine and mixed drink had to come together because it was “a rule” she started to smirk and then quickly ran away. Once we finally got our drinks the wrong appetizer came out, and then the food came out long after that with over done burgers and hard as rock buns. When we complained that it was horrible so far she just asked if we wanted the top of the bin replaced, and if we wanted any more drinks. This is the worst Duffy’s I have ever been to and they have completely lost our business. Every other Duffy’s I’ve been to has been great so this was a huge shock to me. We waited over an hour for our food and all of the staff were lazy and talking to each other in the back where we could see them. 10-15 tables hadn’t been bussed the whole time we were there and the restaurant was empty.
