The worst experience I have EVER HAD!! I witnessed a waitress who acts like she owns the restaurant treat a new employee on her first day like complete garbage!!!!! She made the poor girl cry in the middle of the restaurant. She gave table after table attitude. She had a customer complain about the food being spicy and instead of apologizing she said well it has pepper jacl cheese in it so maybe read the menu before choosing what to eat. She gave us the receipt when our food literally just got to the table. The toast was completely burnt and so were the hash browns. I believe her name was Tammy. She needs to get fired or just retire already. I will never come back!! I ended up speaking to the new waitress and assuring her everything would be ok and that we all noticed how rude she was. The owner is completely oblivious to the matter. Don't waste your time or money. Very heart breaking!! I felt so bad for the young lady who was nothing but kind and courteous to myself and family. It was her very first day and Miss Tammy was unbelievably heartless and instead of training her she screamed at her and put her down in front of customers. It's no wonder why the other waitress is leaving and today was her last day. The owner Al is chooses Tammy's side and doesn't stick up for his employees or restaurant. Someone should call the city and report them. This place makes my stomach turn. You treat others how you want to be treated and that ain't it. Al you should really let that witch go and you should of kept that hard working sweet young woman on your team. I didn't see Tammy smile not one time but tue woman she tore apart smiled as if nothing was wrong. What does that tell you?? #firetammy #disrespectfulperson #disgusting...
Read moreIf you could give negative stars this one would get it! Just horrific! First it took 4 mins to offer coffee, tea, and water in a half filled place.
Went down from there, I could write for 15 mins! TL/DR - NEVER visit this place, bad food; really bad service.
Wife's tea was delivered in a cup, it was tepid. I thought she was exaggerating, nope, barely warm. Replacement served with a metal creamer, (they nuked her original so it was hot), the one in creamer - you guessed, TEPID!
We walked in at 11:07am, medium busy, barely any staff. Watched table after table ignored with many issues - food cold or wrong, misbilling on TWO tables. Had lots of time to watch - ordered two omelets at 11:16, delivered at 11:55AM!!! They weren't even close to full capacity, maybe 2/3 full, max! Almost 50 minutes to get two omelets??!? Absurd.
When my Wife complained the server had taken orders from two tables seated after us the waitress shrugged & told her "You should have thrown something at me, I can't be everywhere at once." Like it's OUR job to service ourselves.
This was perfect - person who served our order put toast down in front of my Wife, then asked who got the "dry" toast (I asked for butter not margarine). TWO people at the table and you can't figure out who gets the other toast? This was THE MANAGER or OWNER! Bright light.
Food flavor was Meh at best. Home Fries greasy and worse flavor I've had in years. "Sausage" gravy had, as another person said CROUTONS in it!! Omelets were barely edible, very poor quality ingredients, Wife's omelet was overcooked and hard.
Wasted hour of my life, and $25 for bad food. Let's say there are better choices, like Morgan's just...
Read moreWe were a group of 8 one had an allergy to gluten but was willing to make due with what their was we all asked for separate checks. inconsistent bill Let’s begin where service fell through the cracks: Asking if their were any gluten free options the waitress mocked and said “if you want gluten free go to cheddars”. asking the waitress if the tortillas were corn or wheat because of said gluten allergy.. “idk” not a “I’ll go ask, hold on a minute”. Nothing that would have ,made any one of us feel like she cared about taking care of her table.
Asking for separate checks had the “waitress” in an absolute frenzy because loudly she said as she walked away to a different waitress.. “you handle them, they want separate checks”, while sneering and snickering.
After we all received food, ate and wanted to pay we got our bills and headed up. I’d like to know how 3 pieces of French toast, 2 eggs, 2 sausage and hash browns costs 22$ when the same exact meal at Denny’s is 12 plus change. If i knew it to begin with I would’ve stopped at Cracker Barrel/Denny’s AND PAID LESS.
Frannies, your service leaves something to be desired. Retrain your waitresses, and teach a little more compassion. Because while you sneered at the young girl who has a gluten allergy that was just recently discovered she is also SERVING...
