This place has seriously gone down hill. We have given them business for years, and every order has been incorrect.
Today, I decided itās been a while, let give it another try. Hereās my review- I called around 2pm to order a couple of pies. I started the phone call with my phone number and stated it was being delivered to a different address than on file. The lady never asked for the new address until I again, said no, not that address Iām at someone elseās house. I have the delivery address. She then told me it wasnāt in her GPS. I spelled it out, I said space between the street name. She told me it didnāt exist. I said okay, here is their phone number. Maybe it will come up for you that way. Nothing. She then said it was a new system. I said okay. Just try again, itās okay. She got it to come up but said she didnāt need a phone number. I explained the number given was their old one, I was hoping it would be in the system to pull up the address. She would not even take the order.
Fast forward 8 minutes.. I asked to speak with someone else.. we just wanted pizza. She said no one else was there and hung up on me.
Stupid me, thought it was on accident. I called back.. 4 additional times I was hung up on.
Then a guy answered. Said his name was Joseph. Laughed about it all and wouldnāt tell me the females name. I also asked when a manager would be on and they laughed at that too. Said Oscar doesnāt would be in later.
I called back later and a different girl answered. I asked for Oscar. She said he wasnāt in that another one was. I said okay, Iād like to speak with them. I was put on hold and Oscar picked up the line.
Told him the issue and he tried to cover for everyone.. Never once tried to apologize. Said she was a server.
Patrick , if that is your name. I was told youāre the owner. And if you read these reviews.. You need some new employees. Thatās not the way to keep customers and not the way to have your business run. Iām extremely disappointed. I took my $70.00 business elsewhere today. I promise you, your staff will be the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWould give 0 stars if google allowed. Went in to have dinner with my family, we have four kids so we wanted one of the bigger booths. My 1 year old was in the stroller so I put it on the side of me. Once we all sat down, we were told we canāt sit there because of the stroller and that we had to go to the other side. I asked if there were booths on the other side and the manager kept telling the server to seat us at the table. I have a 2 year old as well so him sitting in a chair the whole time that we are there is just not ideal. When I asked the server if we could sit at the bigger booth that we were sitting at first if I sit my 1 year old in a high chair instead of the car seat, she was then told by the manager no. So I ended up walking out with my family. It is not like the restaurant was full of people, there was no one but 1 couple there. Once we got back to our car, that couple came up to our car and asked us what happened ? When we told them, they even said that was not right what they did. I advise management to add a sign to your window or door, no strollers allowed or if you have a stroller you have to sit at a table no booth. I am paying to eat there, but now I have to sit where you want me to even if my family is not comfortable ?? Horrible customer service skills. Manager was talking in Spanish to the server as if we didnāt understand what they were saying. What if my stroller was a wheel chair, what would the manager have said then? Over all experience was embarrassing and inconvenient. Itās suppose to be a family restaurant. Will never be coming back here whether it be dining in...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have to say, the food is not bad, but the staff is just on another level unprofessional. I sat there for the first time with my husband and 16 month old baby. They refused to give us a high chair because it would block the walkway for people coming in. So I had my toddler sitting in the booth next to me. The food took 45 min to arrive, and once it arrived it was scorching hott and the waitress finds it smart to put the plate that she even said was super hott right in front of my daughter. You have a whole table that is pretty much empty, but you place a hott plate right in front of a baby? She of course, before I can stop her, places her hand in the food and screams at the top of her lungs. I take her outside and calm her down out of respect for others sitting inside the restaurant. Once she calms down, I bring her back to the table and I hear the staff in the back going around asking if they are high or not. I literally heard the entire staff confessing if they were or not. Highly inappropriate and classless. I donāt need to hear that, when sitting down with my family for a nice dinner. To add to this, we asked for our drinks multiple times before they came out. I really hope the manager was not partaking in this conversation, and if he/she was not, I would really consider either training your staff on professionalism or hiring...
