I had an horrible experience at this Wendy’s one I never experience in a lifetime, upset those not express how I feel. I was totally disrespected, I was denied my money back by the (Jamaica rude lady) manager. This manager was very unprofessional she continue to provoke me to anger she came to my vehicle talking in my window without a mask sigh…… after I asked her to pull it up and please leave us alone because she was rude she continue to talk without her mask. My partner did not want to be rude and let the window up she stay there continuing to go back and forward she never refunded me or gave me my receipt for the purchase. However they claim they could not give me a receipt of what I order and never did. Ohhhh they claimed no one even the manager those not know how to do a refund was force to take the food or leave without and thing not even a receipt. This was totally unprofessional and rude. I did not eat the food because of the way presented the food and their professionalism. Again I will be back to try and find some corporate information because is no way to treat a customer. Read moreCame here because of my kids but anyhow the person that took my ordered came to window took credit card went somewhere else and manager took over I guess by helping out. Now by me being in a hurry I apparently didn't receive my card back and she stated that she did from the beginning. I should of double check but once again rushing but as I recall it wouldn't never happened if the drive through personal should of gave back after I paid before she passed the food out first. I think that's where the confusing took place. I went back to get card anyhow thank God I checked to see if anyone had used it. All good! but when I spoke with manager regards to my situation by coming back because your staff member never gave back card and since it was her fault can I get store credit for her mistake 😠 she just smerk like whatever. I roll up to the intercom to order in the drive thru and I can barely hear the guy over the speaker, but from the get go he wasn’t friendly, couldn’t have been less enthusiastic about helping me, and started this whole interaction by saying “Give me a minute.” No “Hello, welcome to Wendy’s,” or “Hi, could you hold on for one second please?” When I finally did order I asked for a small fry and a small cheeseburger with nothing on it except cheese and onions, and when I pulled up to retrieve my order, he wordlessly handed me my bag, took my credit card from me, closed the window and started to assemble two frosties instead of just charging my credit card and giving it back to me (there was only one other person in the drive thru behind me). Then when he opened the window to give me back my credit card, he didn’t say anything again. Oh, and my burger had everything on it.
